技术领域
本发明涉及一种端子金属配件。
背景技术
已知端子金属配件,其装配有变形限制部,用于在具有端子弹簧的金属配件和配对端子之间的装配期间,限制端子弹簧的变形,以防止端子弹簧受到意料之外的过度变形。
关于上述端子金属配件的详细内容,参照JP 2014-216256A以及JP 2012-084403A。
发明内容
在上述现有的端子金属配件中,穿过端子金属配件的管状的盒部的壁部形成穿透孔,并且例如,被倾斜的配对端子推压而过度变形的端子弹簧的末端部进入该通孔。并且,端子弹簧的末端部接触于该通孔的圆周表面,以此阻止端子弹簧的过度变形。
但是,在现有的端子金属配件中,通孔的圆周边缘具有尖锐角度的边缘并且压力倾向于集中在一个部分,以便于接触端子弹簧的通孔的圆周边缘。其结果,端子弹簧可能会在接触部中或附近弹性变形而失去其设计的弹性,可能导致降低端子弹簧和配对端子之间的电连接的可靠性。因此,期待将这样的端子金属配件的弹性的降低抑制为尽可能小的水平。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种能够抑制端子金属配件的端子弹簧的变形的端子金属配件。
本发明的实施方式提供如下的项目(1)以及(2):
(1)一种端子金属配件,包括:
管状的盒部,接收配对端子;
端子弹簧,从盒部的内壁表面延伸以按压并接触于所述配对端子;以及变形限制部,当所述端子弹簧接触于所述配对端子时,所述变形限制部将端子弹簧的变形限制在预设的范围内,所述变形限制部具有斜切部作为接触于所述端子弹簧的部分。
(2)根据项目(1)所述的端子金属配件,还包括:
支撑点部,具有突出到所述盒部的内部的形状,并且当所述端子弹簧按压并接触于所述配对端子时作为支撑点,其中,
所述端子弹簧呈现悬臂状;以及
所述变形限制部通过在相比于所述支撑点部的接触部更接近所述端子弹簧的自由端的位置接触所述端子弹簧,从而将所述端子弹簧的变形限制在预设的范围内。
根据本发明的第一方面,关于项目(1),当例如,倾斜的配对端子接触于管状的盒部内的所述端子弹簧时,尽管大的压力可能作用于端子弹簧,但由于变形限制部的要接触于端子弹簧的该部分被斜切,因此相比于要接触于端子弹簧的部分是成尖锐角度的边缘的情况,压力也不太倾向于集中于端子弹簧的接触部。因此,端子弹簧不易于塑性变形。这样,具有上述结构的端子金属配件能够抑制其端子弹簧的变形。
根据本发明的第二方面,关于项目(2),当例如,倾斜的配对端子接触于端子弹簧时,端子弹簧的相比于接触于支撑点部的部分更接近自由端的规定的部分接触于斜切部。例如,当该接触发生时,在端子弹簧的在支撑点部和变形限制部之间的部分弯曲以便于向配对端子凸出的情况下,端子弹簧的弯曲凸出的部分受到配对端子推压而延伸,这样的情况可能导致端子弹簧的接触于变形限制部的部分在变形限制部滑动。在该种情况下,由于接触于端子弹簧的部分被斜切,相比于接触于端子弹簧的部分是成尖锐角度的边缘的情况,滑动更加顺畅。其结果,端子弹簧的变形能够得到抑制。

实施方式
在下文中,将参照附图叙述根据本发明的一实施方式的壳体20的配合结构1以及端子金属配件10。在下文中,为了叙述方便,在各端子金属配件10的轴方向(装配方向)上,将装配配对端子(参见图2B)的一侧(图1A及1B至图4中左侧)称作末端侧(或前侧),并将与末端侧相反的一侧(图1A及1B至图4中右侧)称作基侧(或后侧)。并且,将顶侧和底侧如图1A及1B至图4中进行定义。
如图3A及3B所示,配合结构1安装有端子金属配件10以及容纳端子金属配件10的壳体20,其中,电线30的终止端部分别连接于端子金属配件10。如图3B所示,每个电线30包括芯线31以及覆盖芯线31的树脂覆层32。
如图1A、图1B及图2A所示,每个端子金属配件10是压接金属板形成的阴端子,并且具备:装配配对端子(阳端子(参照图2B))的矩形筒状的盒部11,用于将电线30的芯线31压接的芯线模锻件12,以及冲压于电线30的覆层32的覆盖模锻件13并从而固定电线30。
如图1A和图2A所示,所述盒部11的底壁11a在装配方向的大致中央形成有矩形的锁定孔14(通孔),矩形锁定孔14用于接收被设置在壳体20中的矛杆25(参照图3B及图4,将在后文叙述)。
在盒部11的底壁11a的围绕锁定孔14的基侧端表面的部分,在宽度方向上的中心,形成有支撑点部15,支撑点部15是切开直立片即像悬臂那样被切割开并朝向盒部11的内部斜伸(例如,向上)并且朝向末端侧。支撑点部15的宽度比矛杆25的宽度略宽。因此,锁定孔14和支撑点部15形成一个能够作为可以接收矛杆25的一部分发挥功能的空间。

如图1A及2A所示,在盒部11的底壁11a,在接近其末端侧端(相比于锁定孔14更接近其末端)的部分,形成有矩形的通孔17,矩形的通孔17允许端子弹簧16的末端部16a(自由端侧端部)进入。在通孔17的基侧端部表面的内侧(顶部)边缘形成有斜切部17a。虽然在本例中斜切部17a具有平坦的表面(锥形表面;被称作C倒角),但也可以具有弯曲的表面(还被称作R倒角)。通孔17的基侧端表面对应于本发明中使用的术语“变形限制部”。
端子弹簧16的末端部16a向下弯曲。换言之,末端部16a弯曲以便于向下凸出。如图2B所示,插入盒部11的末端侧开口11c的配对端子(阳端子)夹在端子弹簧16的末端部16a和盒部11的顶壁11b之间。在这一方式中,端子弹簧16被压接并接触于配对端子时,支撑点部15的末端部15a对于向下弹性变形的端子弹簧16作为支撑点起作用。另外,如图2B和2C所示,向下变形的端子弹簧16的末端部16a跨越通孔17,向下突出穿过通孔17,并接触于通孔17的斜切部17a。这些动作将于后文详细叙述。
如图3A及3B所示,壳体20配置有用于保持端子金属配件10的端子壳体部21以及设置在端子壳体部21的顶部表面的锁定臂22。当壳体20被装配到容纳配对端子的配对壳体(未图示)时,锁定臂22与配对壳体的配合部配合。这样,锁定臂22起到锁定两个壳体的连接状态的功能。
端子壳体部21配置有用于容纳各端子金属配件10的端子壳体室23、各配对端子插入其中的多个插孔24、以及多个矛杆25。
如图3B所示,端子壳体室23在壳体20的基侧开放,端子金属配件10从壳体20的基侧插入各端子壳体室23。
如图3B所示,每个插孔24在关联的端子壳体室23的末端打开并且与该端子壳体室23相通。配对端子通过插孔24插入端子壳体室23并且被装配到保持在端子壳体室23中的端子金属配件10的盒部11。其结果,配对端子和端子金属配件10彼此电连接的状态被保持。

在端子金属配件10插入端子壳体室23的中途状态下,矛杆25受到端子金属配件10的盒部11的底壁11a的阻挡而向下弹性变形。在完成端子金属配件10的插入时,矛杆25由其自身的弹性复原能力返回至初始状态,同时进入盒部11的锁定孔14。其结果,如图3B及4所示,矛杆25被锁定孔14接收。因此,形成矛杆25的末端表面和锁定孔14的末端侧表面彼此配合的状态,以此防止端子金属配件10从端子壳体室23脱离。
如图4所示,在矛杆25被锁定孔14接收的状态下,鉴于矛杆25的一部分位于形成在锁定孔14和端子金属配件10的端子弹簧16之间的空间,端子弹簧16没有接触于矛杆25。当配对端子从图4的状态进一步插入至端子金属配件10的盒部11,虽然向下按压(朝向矛杆25)端子弹簧16,但由于支撑点部15的末端部15a作为端子弹簧16的支撑点起作用,因而端子弹簧16的向下变形也受到限制。其结果,能够可靠地防止端子弹簧16受到矛杆25的阻挡。
在如上的操作中,当配对端子倾斜地插入至端子金属配件10的盒部11,并从而向下向下推压端子弹簧16时,如图2B及2C所述,端子弹簧16的末端部16a向下突出并穿过通孔17,端子弹簧16的相比于支撑点部15更靠近端子弹簧16的自由端的部分接触于通孔17的斜切部17a。其结果,端子弹簧16的变形被限制以便于落入预设的范围。
如上所述,由于接触于端子弹簧16的末端部16a的部分是斜切部17a,相比于接触于端子弹簧16的末端部16a的部分为成尖锐角度的边缘的情况,压力不太集中于端子弹簧16的接触部。并且,当端子弹簧16的末端部16a接触于斜切部17a时,弯曲成凸形的一部分的末端部16a被配对端子推压而拉伸,这可能导致末端部16a在保持接触于斜切部17a的同时在斜切部17a上滑动的情况。在该种情况下,由于接触于末端部16a的部分是斜切部17a,相比于接触于末端部16a的部分是成尖锐角度的边缘的情况,末端部16a滑动的更顺畅。
进一步,由于支撑点部15被切割分开,并直立于锁定孔14的基侧端部,因此锁定孔14和支撑点部15之间的空间可以用作接收矛杆25的一部分的空间。因此,锁定孔14的与矛杆25的接收相关的在装配方向上的尺寸由没有形成支撑点部15的情况下的尺寸L1增加到本结构(参见图4)的尺寸L2。这使得能够通过锁定孔14接收比没有形成支撑点部15的情况大的矛杆25。
下面,将以包含锁定孔14的开口的平面切割被锁定孔14接收的矛杆25所得的截面中的装配方向的尺寸称作剪切距离L3(参见图4)。在使用端子金属配件10的过程中,当其使用时有外力施加于端子金属配件10时,在将其从端子壳体室23向外拉的方向上,锁定孔14的末端侧表面推压矛杆25的末端表面,以此剪切压力在装配方向上施加于矛杆25。
在实施方式中,端子金属配件10能够通过锁定孔14接收矛杆25,该矛杆25在剪切距离L3上增加了锁定孔14相关于矛杆25的接收而在装配方向上的从L1至L2的尺寸增加。因此,当如上述提到的外力施加于端子金属配件10时,在装配方向上施加于矛杆25的剪切压力减小与剪切距离L3的增加对应的值。其结果,当外力施加于端子金属配件10时,矛杆25不容易变形。尽管锁定孔14的末端侧表面咬入矛杆25,矛杆25能够通过剪切距离L3的增加而承受更深的咬入。
在根据本发明的实施方式的端子金属配件10中,当倾斜的配对端子接触于管状的盒部11内的端子弹簧16时,若不采取适当的措施,过大的压力可能会作用于端子弹簧16致使其塑性变形。相反地,由于接触于端子弹簧16的部分是斜切部17a,因此相比于接触于端子弹簧16的部分为成尖锐角度的边缘的情况,压力较少集中于端子弹簧16的接触部。因此,端子弹簧16不容易塑性变形。这样,端子金属配件10能够同时抑制端子弹簧16的变形,并且保持电连接至配对端子的必要的可靠性。
进一步,当倾斜的配对端子接触于端子弹簧16时,被支撑点部15支撑而弯曲端子弹簧16的比接触于支撑点部15的部分更靠近自由端的部分,接触于形成在通孔17的基侧边缘的斜切部17a。当接触发生时,端子弹簧16的弯曲成凸起形状的一部分的末端部16a被配对端子推压而拉伸,这可能导致末端部16a在被保持为接触于斜切部17a的同时在斜切部17a上滑动的情形。在该种情况下,由于接触于末端部16a的部分是斜切部17a,相比于接触于末端部16a的部分是成尖锐角度的边缘的情况,末端部16a滑动的更顺畅。其结果,端子弹簧16的变形受到抑制。
其他实施方式
另外,本发明并不限定于上述的实施方式,而且在本发明的范围内可以采用各种修改示例。例如,本发明不限于上述实施例,而是可以适当地对本发明修改、改进等。上述实施例中的各构成元件的材料、形状、尺寸、数量、安排位置等并不受限定。只要能够实现本发明,可以采用任何材料、任何形状、任何尺寸、任何数量、任何安排位置等
虽然在上述的实施方式中每个端子金属配件10的盒部11成形为矩形筒状。但是,每个端子金属配件10的盒部11可以成形为圆形筒状,在该情况下被连接至每个端子金属配件10的电线可以是同轴电缆。
根据本发明的实施方式,上述的端子金属配件10的特征可以如下以项目[1]和[2]的形式被简要的概括。
[1]一种端子金属配件(10),包括:
管状的盒部(11),接收配对端子;
端子弹簧(16),从盒部(11)的内壁表面延伸至按压并接触于所述配对端子;以及
变形限制部(17),当所述端子弹簧(16)接触于所述配对端子时,所述变形限制部将端子弹簧(16)的变形限制在预设的范围内,所述变形限制部(17)具有斜切部(17a)作为接触于所述端子弹簧(16)的部分。
[2]根据项目[1]所述的端子金属配件(10),还包括:
支撑点部(15),具有突出到所述盒部(11)的内部的形状,并且当所述端子弹簧(16)按压并接触于所述配对端子时作为支撑点(15a),其中,
所述端子弹簧(16)呈现悬臂状;以及
所述变形限制部(17)通过在相比于所述支撑点部的接触部更接近所述端子弹簧(16)的自由端的位置接触所述端子弹簧(16),将所述端子弹簧(16)的变形限制在预设的范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种端子金属配件,包括:
管状的盒部,接收配对端子;
锁定孔,形成为穿过所述盒部的内壁并接收锁定突起;
端子弹簧,从所述盒部的内壁表面延伸以按压并接触于所述配对端子;
变形限制部,当所述端子弹簧接触于所述配对端子时,所述变形限制部将端子弹簧的变形限制在预设的范围内,所述变形限制部具有斜切部作为接触于所述端子弹簧的部分;以及
支撑点部,通过切割所述锁定孔周围的部分并将切割部分竖立以具有突出到所述盒部的内部的形状,并且当所述端子弹簧按压并接触于所述配对端子时作为支撑点;
其中,所述支撑点部的宽度比所述锁定突起的宽度大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端子金属配件,还包括:
所述端子弹簧呈现悬臂状;以及
所述变形限制部通过在相比于所述支撑点部的接触部更接近所述端子弹簧的自由端的位置接触所述端子弹簧,从而将所述端子弹簧的变形限制在预设的范围内。
