Abstract
The invention discloses a novel air box heat dissipation cover plate which comprises a base, a heat conduction assembly and a pressure relief assembly, wherein the base is provided with a heat conduction plate; the base is arranged on the outer wall of the cabinet body, and a flow exchanging port is formed in the middle of the base; the heat conduction assembly comprises a coaming and a connecting cover, wherein the coaming and the connecting cover enclose a heat conduction cavity, and the heat conduction cavity is communicated with the inner cavity of the cabinet body through a flow changing port; the outer surfaces of the coaming and the connecting cover are connected with a plurality of heat dissipation plates, and the middle part of the connecting cover is provided with a pressure relief opening; the pressure relief assembly comprises a dome-shaped rupture disk and a blasting baffle, wherein a circular opening of the dome-shaped rupture disk faces the pressure relief opening, and the blasting baffle is arranged above the pressure relief opening and is connected with the connecting cover through a supporting piece. According to the invention, the heat of the air box can be dissipated on the premise of ensuring the tightness, and the pressure relief assembly is arranged to prevent the explosion caused by the overlarge pressure in the air box, so that the safety of the cabinet body is ensured.

Background
In the electrical field, in order to ensure safety, it is often necessary to fill a cabinet body provided with electrical components with an insulating gas and seal the cabinet body to avoid loss of the insulating gas. But sealed cabinet body can lead to whole gas tank to only lean on the cabinet wall heat dissipation, and radiating efficiency is extremely low, and when the atmospheric pressure is too big in the gas tank, can't directly release high-pressure gas fast and lead to the gas tank explosion, and the danger is very big.

In order to better ensure the safety of the air box heat dissipation cover plate, preferably, the pressure relief opening is provided with a double-layer annular fixing seat, and the inner diameter of the annular fixing seat is equal to the diameter of the pressure relief opening.
Preferably, a fixing ring is connected to the circular opening of the dome-shaped rupture disk, and the fixing ring is matched with the annular fixing seat and is arranged between the annular fixing seats of the double layers.
Preferably, the dome of the dome-shaped rupture disk faces the base.
Preferably, the support member is a hexagon bolt with a spacer sleeved in the middle section.
