Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily cosmetics, in particular to an anti-dandruff shampoo rich in foam and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is used for cleaning human body secreted oil, sweat stain, cells detached from scalp and foreign dust, microorganism and unpleasant odor etc. attached on scalp and hair, keeping scalp and hair clean and hair beautiful. The shampoo is also called shampoo, is a cosmetic washing product for washing hair, and belongs to one of the earliest and fastest-developing products in the personal care market. The development of the shampoo has a long history, people use soap to clean hair before 20 th century and 30 th century, and then liquid shampoo taking surfactant as a base material is disclosed, so that the hardness and water resistance and the mildness of the product are greatly improved. With the improvement of living standard and the rapid development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements on the safety of the surfactant of the shampoo.
The shampoo can be roughly divided into five categories, which are respectively: (1) the transparent shampoo is the earliest in appearance and simple in formula, and mainly has a cleaning effect. (2) The pearlescent shampoo has no requirement on transparency, and the pearlescent agent is added in the prior art, namely the pearlescent agent is directly used, and the pearlescent slurry is used. (3) The conditioning shampoo is one of the most popular shampoos at present, and the familiar two-in-one shampoo is one of the shampoos and combines the hair washing and the hair care into a whole to finish the conditioning shampoo at one time. The conditioning shampoo is prepared by adding various conditioning agents on the basis of common shampoo so as to achieve the expected effect. (4) Dandruff removing shampoo is prepared from scalp functional disorder, such as bacterial growth, seborrheic dermatitis, and abnormal proliferation of glial cell. And excessive dandruff can breed more bacteria and fungi, and causes symptoms such as scalp itching and the like. Therefore, some active substances with bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects are often added into shampoo to effectively control dandruff. (5) In the sunscreen shampoo, after the hair is exposed to the radiation of ultraviolet radiation for a long time, some photochemical reactions are generated, which have great influence on the physical and chemical properties of the hair, so that some sunscreen agents are often added into the shampoo to properly prevent the hair from being damaged by the ultraviolet radiation.
The amino acid surfactant is a protein-like mild surfactant, has low irritation, low toxicity, softness, good biodegradability, good affinity to human bodies and the like, meets various requirements of consumers, and draws more and more attention of people. In China, the research on the amino acid type surfactant is relatively late and laggard, and when the amino acid type surfactant is applied to cleaning products, the problem that the amino acid type surfactant is difficult to thicken and even cannot thicken, so that the amino acid type surfactant is difficult to apply is often caused. Therefore, the application rate of amino acid type surfactants in domestic hair products is not so high. At present, various manufacturers add various high molecular polymer thickening agents to solve the problem, but the foam property of the amino acid surfactant is inhibited, so that the application of the amino acid surfactant in hair products is limited.
Although shampoo products with various formulas exist in the current market, the performance difference of different products is large, and the foam performance of a plurality of shampoos needs to be further improved. For example, the prior art discloses a chinese patent application entitled "a mild amino acid shampoo and a preparation method thereof", publication number CN 106176270a, and the amino acid shampoo provided by the invention comprises the following components: fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene amine, coco betaine, alkyl glycoside, amino acid surfactant, water-soluble grease, polyquaternium-10, cocamide monoethanolamine, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, glycerol, essence and water. The amino acid shampoo provided by the invention has good foaming and foam stabilizing properties, proper cleaning and washing capacity and good moistening effect; the hair after washing is bright, smooth, elastic and good in combing property; is mild to skin, non-toxic, non-irritant, comfortable and soft. However, the shampoo has single efficacy and is not obvious in the aspect of anti-dandruff effect, and meanwhile, the relationship between the foam performance of the shampoo and the type and the dosage of the amino acid surfactant in the raw materials is large. Therefore, the shampoo product with good dandruff removing effect and good foamability is researched, and has good market prospect.

As can be seen from the test results, the shampoos according to examples 1-3 of the present invention have excellent initial foam height, wherein example 1 is the most preferred embodiment. The experimental test data of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4 can be used to conclude that: according to the invention, the amino acid surfactant is obtained by compounding three raw materials of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium myristoyl amino acid according to a specific proportion, and the pomegranate bark extract is added, so that an unexpected technical effect is achieved in the aspect of foam richness. Meanwhile, the pomegranate rind extract must be obtained through a specific preparation method, and satisfactory and rich foam can be obtained finally.
Second, dandruff removal Effect test
80 patients with dandruff are selected, each patient is scored by using an adhesive dandruff ten-grade scoring method, and the 80 patients are averagely divided into 4 groups of 20 patients each according to the scoring grade, so that the severity of dandruff of each group of patients has no significant difference and is comparable. The test groups 1 to 4 used the shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 4, respectively, once a day in the morning, continuously used for 7 days, not washed for 8 to 9 days, and observed the dandruff condition of the user in the afternoon of 10 days, and evaluated the complete treatment effective rate (the percentage of people who have no dandruff to the total number of the group after use), and the test results are shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2

The total effective rate of the treatment | 90% | 85% | 85% | 45% |
From the test results, it can be concluded that the shampoos of examples 1-3 of the present invention have excellent anti-dandruff effects. The shampoo of comparative example 4 employs a pomegranate bark extract prepared by a different method from examples 1 to 3, resulting in a greatly reduced anti-dandruff effect.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and those skilled in the art should not make any insubstantial changes and substitutions based on the present invention.
