Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, and discloses a spinning method and spinning equipment for enhancing the soft feeling of yarns. The spinning method comprises the steps of selecting spinning equipment, setting the position of a channel outlet on a cotton conveying channel body in the spinning equipment and controlling a sliver path during spinning. The spinning equipment comprises a spinning assembly, wherein the spinning assembly comprises a base, a cotton feeding device, a carding device and a spinning cup assembly, the cotton feeding device, the carding device and the spinning cup assembly are arranged on the base, a cotton conveying channel body is arranged between the carding device and the spinning cup, the spinning cup assembly comprises a spinning cup seat and a false twisting disc, the spinning cup seat is rotatably connected to the base, the false twisting disc is fixed to the cotton conveying channel body, a spinning cup is arranged on the spinning cup seat, a channel inlet and a channel outlet are formed in the cotton conveying channel body, and the direction of the channel outlet is aligned to the cup bottom inside the spinning cup. The invention enables the surface of the spun yarn to form the fiber feathers which are uniformly distributed and raised, thereby enhancing the hand feeling of the fabric and improving the quality of the fabric.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, in particular to a spinning method and spinning equipment for enhancing the soft feeling of yarns.
Background
