Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hair shaving cutter mesh.
Background
Hair-shaving blades, in particular rotary hair-shaving blades, provide hair into a particular area of the blade mesh by means of a hair-entry slot, a hair-entry aperture, and shave hair by means of the blade mesh in cooperation with the blades. However, the conventional narrow hair-entry slot is not beneficial to the entry of long hair, and the increased slot width of the hair-entry slot can enable the long hair to enter smoothly, but cannot effectively support the skin, and is easy to cause the risk of scratching caused by the skin being embedded into the hair-entry slot.

Further, the hair shaving cutter net further comprises a second supporting surface, wherein the second supporting surface is annular, and the second supporting surface is arranged concentrically or adjacently to the first supporting surface.
Further, in the hair shaving net, the second supporting surfaces are plural.
Further, in the hair shaving net, rectangular hair shaving slots are formed in the second supporting surface at preset intervals, and the length of each rectangular hair shaving slot is 5-7 times of the width of each rectangular hair shaving slot.
Further, in the hair-shaving net, the rectangular hair-shaving slots are covered with a blade ring width at the lower portion thereof.
Compared with the prior art, the V-shaped hair shaving slotted holes are formed in the supporting surface at preset intervals, and the combination of the hair shaving slotted holes and the hair shaving short slotted holes enables the long hair to enter the hair shaving area more easily and not to be scratched by the supporting surface by shaving the long hair holes and the hair shaving short slotted holes on two sides while the supporting surface is contacted with the skin, so that the long hair can enter the hair shaving area conveniently without being scratched by the supporting surface, the length of the long hair is larger effectively, and meanwhile, the skin is effectively supported and prevented from being scratched by the blade.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a hair-shaving cutter mesh comprising:
a first support surface 5;
the V-shaped hair shaving groove holes 1 are formed in the supporting surface at preset intervals, wherein the V-shaped hair shaving groove holes comprise hair shaving long groove holes 3 and hair shaving short groove holes 2, one end of each hair shaving long groove hole 3 is connected with one end of each hair shaving short groove hole 2 to form a V shape, and the length of each hair shaving long groove hole 3 is longer than that of each hair shaving short groove hole 2.
Here, the length of the hair-shaving short slot hole 2 may be two-fifths to two-thirds of the length of the hair-shaving long slot hole 3.
According to the invention, the V-shaped hair shaving slotted holes are formed in the supporting surface at preset intervals, and the combination of the hair shaving slotted holes and the hair shaving short slotted holes enables the hair to be shaved into the long slotted holes and the hair shaving short slotted holes on two sides when the supporting surface is contacted with the skin, so that long hair can enter a shaving area more easily and cannot be scratched by the supporting surface, the long hair can enter the shaving part conveniently without reducing the effective shaving area, the skin is effectively supported while the greater effective shaving length is obtained, and the skin is prevented from being scratched by the blade.
In addition, the openings of the V-shaped hair-shaving slots may be oriented toward the center of the hair-shaving blade net as shown in fig. 1, or the openings of the V-shaped hair-shaving slots may be oriented away from the center of the hair-shaving blade net as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment of the hair-shaving cutter mesh of the present invention, the hair-shaving long slot holes 3 and the hair-shaving short slot holes 2 are each covered by a blade ring width 4 (dotted line area in fig. 3 and 4) at the lower portion thereof.
The V-shaped hair-shaving slot hole of the present invention can be covered with the blade edge, thereby ensuring that the hair that enters the hair-shaving slot hole 3 and the hair-shaving short slot hole 2 is shaved, and achieving efficient and reliable hair shaving.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in an embodiment of the hair-shaving cutter wire of the present invention, the other end of the hair-shaving short slot 2 is provided with a V-shaped curved section 21.
Here, the hair entering the hair shaving slot 3 slides out along the hair shaving slot if not shaved by the blade at the lower part thereof; once the hair enters the hair-shaving short slot hole 2, the V-shaped bending section 21 arranged at the other end of the hair-shaving short slot hole 2 can help lock the hair, prevent the hair from escaping, ensure that the hair entering the hair-shaving short slot hole 2 is shaved, and prevent the hair from being pulled, thus causing discomfort to a user.
In one embodiment of the hair-shaving net of the present invention, the V-shaped curved section 21 at the other end of each hair-shaving short slot 2 has a plurality of angles.
Here, the V-shaped curved section may be provided with various shearing angles to accommodate different angles of hair.
In an embodiment of the hair-shaving net according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first supporting surface is annular 5, and the V-shaped hair-shaving slots 1 are formed in the first annular supporting surface 5 at predetermined intervals.
The first support surface 5 is provided in the form of a ring, so that V-shaped hair-shaving slots on the ring-shaped support surface can be arranged more uniformly, thereby improving the hair-shaving effect.
In one embodiment of the hair-shaving cutter mesh of the present invention, the first supporting surface 5 is provided in plurality.
Here, a plurality of first annular supporting surfaces 5 are provided, and V-shaped hair shaving slots may be provided on each of the first supporting surfaces 5, respectively, so that the hair shaving effect can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the hair-shaving cutter network according to the invention as shown in the figures, a second support surface 6 is also included, said second support surface 6 being annular, said second support surface 6 being arranged concentrically or adjacent to said first support surface 5.
Here, by the second support surface 6, it is possible to provide more effective support for the skin, prevent the skin from being scratched by the blade, and in addition, the V-shaped hair shaving slots or other shaped hair shaving slots may be provided on the second support surface, further improving the hair shaving effect.
The first support surface 5 may be disposed on an inner ring and the second support surface 6 may be disposed on an outer ring as shown in fig. 1, or the first support surface 5 may be disposed on an outer ring and the second support surface 6 may be disposed on an inner ring as shown in fig. 5.
In one embodiment of the hair-shaving cutter mesh of the present invention, the second supporting surface 6 is provided in plurality.
Here, a plurality of second annular supporting surfaces are provided, and V-shaped hair shaving slots or hair shaving slots of other shapes are provided for each of the second annular supporting surfaces, respectively, so that the hair shaving effect can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the hair-shaving net according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, rectangular hair-shaving slots 7 are formed on the second supporting surface 6 at predetermined intervals, and the length of each rectangular hair-shaving slot 7 is 5-7 times the width of each rectangular hair-shaving slot, so as to ensure that longer hair can enter the rectangular hair-shaving slot.
In one embodiment of the hair-shaving blade net of the present invention, the rectangular hair-shaving slots are covered by the blade ring width at the lower portion thereof to ensure reliable shaving of hair entering the rectangular hair-shaving slots.
