Description

Weeding composition containing propyzamide and oxyfluorfen and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition, in particular to a weeding composition with propyzamide and oxyfluorfen as active pharmaceutical ingredients and application of the weeding composition in preventing and removing weeds in ginger and garlic fields, and belongs to the technical field of pesticides.
Background
The propyzamide amide herbicide has the action mechanism that the propyzamide herbicide is absorbed and conducted by root systems, interferes mitosis of weed cells, mainly prevents and treats monocotyledonous weeds and is safe to broad-leaved crops. The duration of the propyzamide in the soil can reach about 60 days, the emergence of seedlings of weeds can be effectively controlled, even after the seedlings emerge, the propyzamide can still be dead by absorbing the medicament through a coleoptile, and the propyzamide is suitable for preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds and part of small-grain seed broadleaf weeds of crops such as ginger, peanut, soybean, garlic, potato, lettuce and the like.
The oxyfluorfen belongs to fluorine-containing phenyl ether, and the selective preemergence or postemergence herbicide exerts the herbicidal activity under the condition of light, enters a plant body mainly through a coleoptile and a mesocotyl, is less absorbed by a root, and has a trace amount which is upwards transported to a leaf part through the root. The oxyfluorfen is used for pre-emergence and post-emergence application in cotton, onion, peanut, soybean, beet, fruit tree and vegetable fields, etc., and can prevent and kill monocotyledonous and broadleaf weeds such as barnyard grass, green bristlegrass, stramonium, piemarker, leaf mustard, creeping wheatgrass, ragweed, etc.
At present, herbicide varieties containing a single active component in agricultural production have different degrees of defects in weed control, such as the problems that weeds are easy to generate drug resistance after continuous application, the weed control spectrum is narrowed, and environmental pollution is caused. The herbicide compounding or mixing is an effective method for expanding the weeding spectrum, improving the control effect, reducing the dosage, reducing the residue and delaying the occurrence and development of the drug resistance. The propyzamide and the oxyfluorfen have inhibiting effect on gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds, but the single use has poor control effect, and no related report of compounding the propyzamide and the oxyfluorfen is found at present.

Wherein, the suspending agent obtained in the examples 1 to 10 and the comparative example is subjected to soil spraying treatment according to the effective component dosage of 600 g/hectare, 50 percent of propyzamide wettable powder is subjected to soil spraying treatment according to the effective component dosage of 1800 g/hectare, and 240g/L of oxyfluorfen emulsifiable solution is subjected to soil spraying treatment according to the effective component dosage of 252 g/hectare.
And (3) performing soil spraying treatment 2d after the garlic is planted to prevent and kill weeds in the garlic field, wherein the weeds mainly generated in the garlic field comprise broadleaf weeds such as chickweed, descurainia sophia and shepherd's purse, and grassy weeds such as hardwood, alopecurus, and crab grass. The pesticide is applied for 1 time by a worker-farm-16 knapsack manual sprayer, 750kg of water is added to prepare liquid medicine according to the dosage of the preparation per hectare, and the liquid medicine is uniformly sprayed according to the amount of the liquid medicine in the community. The random block arrangement is adopted, 4 times of repetition are carried out, and the area of a cell is 50m2(5 m.times.10 m). The weather was good during the test, and there was no rain on the day of application.
150 days after the application, the effects of each treatment on the weed plant number/fresh weight control and on the garlic safety were investigated.
The drug effect calculation method comprises the following steps:
Figure 74348DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
the control effect results of the treatment agents on weeds in the garlic field 150 days after application are shown in tables 4 and 5:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE007
as can be seen from the test results of the above tables 4 and 5, the propyzamide and oxyfluorfen compound have good control effects on broad-leaved weeds and grassy weeds in the garlic field, the control effects are superior to those of a control agent, according to the observation of the whole field test process, the garlic grows well within the test dose range, and the pesticide damage phenomenon does not occur in each treatment agent, so that the propyzamide and oxyfluorfen compound is safe to garlic. As can be seen from the comparison between examples 2 and 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, the selection of the auxiliary agent, the effective ingredients of the medicine and the selection of the proportion of the effective ingredients of the medicine all have important influence on the weeding effect.
