The bar code scanning equipment is characterized in that a scanning window is arranged at an angle, a rotating paraboloid reflector is arranged in the scanning window, illumination light is reflected back to the scanning window through the reflector, so that the illumination light is more uniform during decoding, meanwhile, dark spots formed on window glass by an imaging lens and interference on decoding caused by bright spots formed on a luminous screen are avoided, and the decoding efficiency is high; the whole structure of the scanning device is brief and attractive.

The automatic identification technology has great significance for the informatization development of the current society. Generally, in an information system, data acquisition, namely automatic recognition, completes the acquisition work of original data of the system, solves the problems of low speed, high error rate, high labor intensity, simple work, high repeatability and the like of manual data input, and provides an effective means for quickly and accurately carrying out data acquisition and input for computer information processing, so the automatic recognition technology is widely applied to various industries and application occasions as a data acquisition technology. Bar codes are a very wide range of applications for representing symbols of various data information, and bar code scanning devices are data acquisition devices dedicated to reading bar code information.
The bar code scanning equipment is mainly divided into two types, one type is laser bar code scanning equipment, and is mainly applied to one-dimensional bar code reading; the other type is imaging bar code scanning equipment, which is mainly used for reading two-dimensional bar codes with larger information quantity and also can read one-dimensional bar codes. With the rapid popularization and application of two-dimensional codes in various industries, imaging type bar code scanning equipment has become the mainstream bar code scanning equipment at present. The existing image type bar code scanning equipment basically needs to be capable of rapidly identifying the bar code displayed on the light emitting equipment, for example, the image type bar code scanning equipment is used for reading the payment code and the like on a mobile phone due to rapid development of mobile payment; the lighting module of the existing bar code scanning equipment is easy to form light spots on the display screen of the mobile phone, so that the normal bar code identification is affected; in addition, with the increasing market competition, the design of the appearance structure, the cost, the man-machine interface in use and the like of the product are all factors which need to be focused on in the product design.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the application requirements of the existing imaging type bar code scanning equipment, the invention aims to provide the desktop imaging type bar code scanning equipment which has a simple and attractive structure and can smoothly read the bar code of the luminous surface.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the desktop imaging bar code scanning device comprises a box body, a bottom plate fixedly connected with the bottom of the box body, an upper frame fixedly connected with the upper part of the box body and a transparent window fixed on the upper frame, wherein the transparent window forms an angle with the horizontal direction; a reflecting cover with a rotary paraboloid structure is arranged in the box body; a power line wiring hole is formed at the joint of the bottom of one side of the box body and the bottom plate; the bottom plate is of a cambered surface indent structure, a plane structure is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate, a main plate is fixed on the plane structure, an imaging module is fixed on the main plate, a small hole corresponding to a lens of the imaging module is arranged at the bottom of the reflecting cover, and the imaging module recognizes and reads a bar code outside the window through the small hole; a light blocking structure is arranged between the upper frame and the reflecting cover, the lighting board is fixed with the light blocking structure, a plurality of LEDs are arranged on the lighting board, and the lighting board is electrically connected with the main board; the plurality of LEDs includes a decode illumination LED and a decode success indication LED.
Preferably, when the bar code scanning device is placed on a horizontal desktop, the angle between the window and the horizontal direction is 12-20 degrees.
Still preferably, when the bar code scanning device is placed on a horizontal desktop, the angle between the window and the horizontal direction is 14-17 degrees.
Preferably, the LEDs on the illumination plate are arranged below the illumination plate to emit light downwards, and the light is reflected by the reflecting cover and then directed to the transparent window.

Detailed Description
The construction, operation and advantages of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, which show a schematic perspective view of a desktop imaging barcode scanning device according to the present invention, the barcode scanning device includes a case 10, a bottom plate 20 fixedly connected to the bottom of the case 10, an upper frame 40 fixedly connected to the upper portion of the case 10, and a transparent window 30 fixed on the upper frame 40, wherein the transparent window 30 forms an angle with the horizontal direction; referring also to fig. 4, a reflector 14 with a paraboloid of revolution is disposed in the case 10; a power line wiring hole 21 is formed at the joint of the bottom of one side of the box body 10 and the bottom plate 20; the bottom plate 20 is of a cambered surface concave structure, the middle part of the bottom plate is provided with a plane structure 22, a main plate 25 is fixed on the plane structure, an imaging module 26 is fixed on the main plate 25, the bottom of the reflecting shade 14 is provided with a small hole 12 corresponding to a lens of the imaging module 26, and the imaging module 26 recognizes and reads a bar code outside the window 30 through the small hole 12; referring to fig. 5, a light blocking structure 42 is disposed between the upper frame 40 and the reflector 14, a lighting board 44 is fixed to the light blocking structure 42, a plurality of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) are disposed on the lighting board 44, and the lighting board 44 is electrically connected to the main board 25; the plurality of LEDs includes a decode illumination LED and a decode success indication LED.
According to the bar code scanning device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, when the bar code scanning device is placed on a horizontal desktop, the window forms an angle with a horizontal plane, and the preferable angle is 12-20 degrees; the scanning window can be used for marking a scanning working area and indicating a user to place the bar code in a mode of being parallel to the window; in addition, more importantly, when the bar code displayed by the active light-emitting device, such as a payment code on a mobile phone, is read, the design of the inclined window can prevent the dark spot reflection image formed on the window glass by the imaging lens from interfering with decoding; the bright spots formed by the light emitting device (such as a mobile phone screen) during imaging can deviate from the bar code area, and decoding interference can not be formed.
The reflecting cover of the bar code scanning device is positioned between the scanning window and the imaging lens, the reflecting cover 14 is designed to be a rotating paraboloid, the illumination LEDs on the illumination plate 44 emit light downwards, and the light rays are reflected by the rotating paraboloid reflecting cover and then are emitted to the window, so that uniform illumination can be realized in the scanning window; the light blocking structure 42 can reject the LED light source from directly illuminating the window, ensuring uniform illumination of the scanning window. In a preferred embodiment, the LED illumination sources are designed to be arranged on both sides of the window; the luminous bar code can be arranged around the window, light is emitted from the periphery of the window to the reflecting cover, and the light is reflected by the reflecting cover, so that the non-luminous bar code which is presented near the window can be illuminated, and the imaging system can image the bar code.
In another preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the LEDs on the illumination panel are arranged in two groups, one group being decoding illumination LEDs 46, for example white light LEDs; another group is decode success indicating LEDs 48, such as bit green LEDs; upon decoding, only the decode illumination LED 46 is on, and upon decoding success, the illumination LED light source is off, indicating that the LED is on in a predetermined pattern, such as setting it to a flashing or breathing light, to indicate that decoding was successful.
In another preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a cue tone playing module 50 is disposed on the inner side of a side wall of the planar structure 22 in the middle of the base plate 20, and a plurality of sound transmission holes 24 are disposed on the side wall, and when decoding is successful, the cue tone playing module 50 plays a cue tone for decoding success.
Referring to fig. 4, the power cord 211 is connected to a power board (not shown) of the barcode scanning device through the wiring hole 21 to supply power to the barcode scanning device, where the power board may be independently provided or integrated with the main board.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, in order to increase the aesthetic feeling of the bar code scanning apparatus, four sides of the case 10 are provided in an arc-shaped structure; decorative gussets 32 are provided on both sides of the window 30. Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of screw holes 23 fixed to the case 10 are provided at the bottom of the base 20, and a rubber pad is attached to the screw holes 23 after the screws are locked, so that the bar code scanning device is prevented from moving easily when being placed on a table surface.
According to the desktop imaging type bar code scanning device, the scanning window and the desktop are arranged at an angle, the reflecting cover with the rotary paraboloid structure is arranged inside, and the illumination light emitted downwards by the illumination light source is reflected back to the scanning window through the reflecting cover, so that the illumination light source is more uniform in decoding, meanwhile, dark spots formed on window glass by the imaging lens and interference on decoding caused by bright spots formed on the luminous screen are avoided, and the decoding efficiency is high; the whole structure of the scanning device is brief and attractive.
