Abstract
一种含有离子液体活化剂的吸收液。本发明属于气体净化领域,具体涉及一种含有醇胺、位阻胺、离子液体活化剂以及去离子水;其中醇胺的浓度为20~40%(wt),位阻胺的浓度为10~40%(wt);所指的位阻胺是在氮原子上带来一个或多个具有空间位阻结构的非线形的醇胺类化合物;离子液体活化剂的浓度为2~15%(wt),离子液体活化剂的阴离子为氨基酸结构的阴离子,阳离子为有机胺盐阳离子、有机醇胺类阳离子。本发明与传统的醇胺溶剂相比,吸收液具有脱硫率高、良好的稳定性、不易挥发、毒性低、结构可设计等优势。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及从天然气中脱硫化物的吸收液,属于气体净化领域,具体涉及一种含有离子液体活化剂的吸收液。
背景技术
天然中所含有得硫化物基本都是以H2S和有机硫的形式存在,它们又被称为酸性气体,这些气体的存在会造成金属材料腐蚀,并污染环境。H2S的存在不仅会腐蚀输送管线和设备;高浓度的CO2会降低天然气的热值;而COS一方面会使天然气为原料的下游化工过程催化剂中毒,另一方面未经处理而排放到大气中的COS能形成SO2,促进光化学反应,带来严重的环境问题。同时硫化物即使在极低的浓度水平下也具有难以仍受的气味。因此天然气在利用之前必须经过硫化物以及二氧化碳的脱除。
烷醇胺法一直是天然气净化的主流方法。近几十年,胺法工艺不断发展,取得了长足进步,形成了多种可供选择的胺法脱硫脱碳溶液,如一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、甲基一乙醇胺以及甲基二乙醇胺等。其中甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)最为普遍,如US4,537,753提出MDEA溶液脱除天然气硫化物以及CO2;US4,585,405提出用空间位阻胺选择性脱除H2S;DE19947845提出用MDEA脱除H2S和COS。上述方法存在溶剂稳定性差、满足不了净化效果等特点。
离子液体是由特定的有机阳离子和有机或无机阴离子组成的在室温或近室温下呈液态的熔盐体系,具有良好的热稳定性和化学稳定性、蒸汽压极低,不易挥发、毒性很低、结构可设计等优势,是一类新型的绿色介质,在酸性气体如H2S、CO2净化领域显示出非常好的前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出了一种新型的吸收液,能同时将硫化物及二氧化碳脱除,具有良好的稳定性、不易挥发、毒性低、结构可设计等优势。
本发明的主要技术方案:含有离子液体活化剂的吸收液,其特征是吸收液包含位阻胺、醇胺、离子液体活化剂以及去离子水,醇胺的浓度为20~40%(wt),位阻胺的浓度为10~40%(wt),离子液体活化剂的浓度为2~15%(wt)。
一般地,所述位阻胺是在氮原子上带来一个或多个具有空间位阻结构的非线形的醇胺类化合物。
所述离子液体活化剂是由有机阳离子和有机或无机阴离子组成的在室温或近室温下呈液态的熔盐体系。
所述醇胺类化合物由N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、二甘醇胺(DGA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)中的一种或多种组成。
所述位阻胺包括氨已基哌嗪、哌嗪、羟乙基哌嗪、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、2-哌啶乙醇、叔丁胺基二乙醇胺中的一种或多种组成。
所述的离子液体活化剂阴离子为具有氨基酸结构的阴离子,氨基酸的结构式为H2N-R-COOH(R=CnH2n,n=1~5),阳离子为有机胺盐阳离子、有机醇胺类阳离子的任意一种或多种。
所述有机胺盐阳离子为伯胺、仲胺或叔胺。
所述吸收液适合脱除气体中的硫化物和CO2,包括天然气、炼厂气。
本发明提供的吸收,能同时将硫化物及二氧化碳脱除,具有良好的稳定性、不易挥发、毒性低、结构可设计等优势。
具体实施方式
实施实例一
吸收液组成:N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)
40%(wt)、哌嗪 5%(wt)、离子液体活化剂5%(wt),离子液体阴离子为甘氨酸阴离子。阳离子为正丁胺阳离子,其余去离子水。原料天然气组成(摩尔比):CO2
16%、H2S 4%、硫醚389

401 mg/m3,其余N2,在40℃常压吸收。净化气体:H2S

实施实例二
吸收液组成:三乙醇胺(TEA)20%(wt)、羟乙基哌嗪35%(wt)、离子液体活化剂2%(wt),离子液体阴离子为丙氨酸阴离子,阳离子为三乙胺阳离子,其余去离子水。原料天然气组成(摩尔比):CO2
15%、H2S 3.5%、硫醚377

吸收液组成:二甘醇胺(DGA) 10%(wt)、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇40%(wt)、离子液体活化剂15%(wt),离子液体阴离子为肌氨酸阴离子,阳离子为正丁胺阳离子,其余去离子水。原料天然气组成(摩尔比):CO2

Claims (8)
1.一种含有离子液体活化剂的吸收液,其特征是吸收液包含位阻胺、醇胺、离子液体活化剂以及去离子水,醇胺的浓度为20~40%(wt),位阻胺的浓度为10~40%(wt),离子液体活化剂的浓度为2~15%(wt)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收液,其特征在于所述位阻胺是在氮原子上带来一个或多个具有空间位阻结构的非线形的醇胺类化合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸收液,其特征在于所述离子液体活化剂是由有机阳离子和有机或无机阴离子组成的在室温或近室温下呈液态的熔盐体系。
4.根据权利要求2所述的吸收液,其特征在于醇胺类化合物由N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、二甘醇胺(DGA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)中的一种或多种组成。
5.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的吸收液,其特征在于位阻胺包括氨已基哌嗪、哌嗪、羟乙基哌嗪、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、2-哌啶乙醇、叔丁胺基二乙醇胺中的一种或多种组成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的吸收液,其特征在于所述的离子液体活化剂阴离子为具有氨基酸结构的阴离子,氨基酸的结构式为H2N-R-COOH(R=CnH2n,n=1~5),阳离子为有机胺盐阳离子、有机醇胺类阳离子的任意一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸收液,其特征在于所述有机胺盐阳离子为伯胺、仲胺或叔胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸收液,其特征在于吸收液适合脱除气体中的硫化物和CO2,包括天然气、炼厂气。
