The method of an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps.
S101, when a vehicle collision accident is detected and identified through a vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal, a scene accident image of the vehicle collision accident is obtained, wherein the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal can be a vehicle-mounted diagnosis connector OBD or a handheld vehicle-mounted diagnosis device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal can be used for detecting and acquiring vehicle information such as running speed, running distance, vehicle performance parameters and the like of a vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal can identify and detect whether the vehicle has a vehicle collision accident or not by analyzing the acquired vehicle information; or, the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal may send the acquired vehicle information to a corresponding server or other terminals through a network, so as to store the vehicle information in the corresponding server or other terminals. the second sending module 35 is further configured to send the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and perform corresponding claim settlement and filing.
Optionally, the terminal further includes:
a determining module 36, configured to analyze the accident determination result information, and determine whether a responsible party of the vehicle collision accident is a preset vehicle; if yes, the second sending module 35 is notified to execute the step of sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and a corresponding claim settlement is performed.
For specific implementation of each module related in the embodiments of the present invention, reference may be made to descriptions of related functional modules or implementation steps in the corresponding embodiments of fig. 1 to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when a vehicle collision accident is detected and recognized through the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal, the scene accident image of the vehicle collision accident is obtained, the accident key information is further generated according to the scene accident image, the accident key information comprises the identity information of the accident vehicle, the generated accident key information is sent to the first server for accident judgment, and the accident handling information returned by the first server according to the accident key information is received. Therefore, when the terminal detects a vehicle collision accident, the acquired accident key information can be sent to a server of a traffic police station in time to wait for the processing of a traffic police, so that the time of a vehicle owner can be saved, the traffic jam caused by the occupation of a lane can be avoided, and the convenience, the rapidness and the timeliness of vehicle accident processing are improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal may be a device with a communication network function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a smart wearable device, as shown in fig. 5, the terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention may include modules, such as a display screen, a key, a speaker, and a sound pickup, and further includes: at least one bus 501, at least one processor 502 connected to the bus 501, and at least one memory 503 connected to the bus 501, a communication terminal 505 implementing a communication function, and a power supply terminal 504 supplying power to each power consuming module of the terminal.
The processor 502 may invoke code stored in memory 503 to perform the associated functions via the bus 501, wherein the memory 503 includes an operating system, a data transfer application.
The processor 502 is configured to obtain a scene accident image of a vehicle collision accident when the vehicle collision accident is detected and identified by the vehicle-mounted diagnostic terminal; generating accident key information according to the scene accident image, wherein the accident key information comprises identity information of an accident vehicle; and sending the generated accident key information to a first server for accident judgment, and receiving accident handling information returned by the first server according to the accident key information.
Further optionally, the processor 502 is further configured to analyze the scene accident image to obtain accident key information; or acquiring a scene image of the vehicle collision accident through a camera, and generating corresponding accident key information according to the scene image and the scene accident image.
Further optionally, the processor 502 is further configured to execute a preset emergency process, send distress information to a preset emergency contact number, and perform alarm processing when it is detected that the vehicle collision accident is a heavy collision.
Further optionally, the processor 502 is further configured to receive accident judgment result information returned by the first server according to the accident key information; and sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and performing corresponding claim settlement and case report.
Further optionally, the processor 502 is further configured to analyze the accident determination result information, and determine whether a responsible party of the vehicle collision accident is a preset vehicle; and if so, continuing to execute the step of sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and performing corresponding claim settlement and case reporting.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when a vehicle collision accident is detected and recognized through the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal, the scene accident image of the vehicle collision accident is obtained, the accident key information is further generated according to the scene accident image, the accident key information comprises the identity information of the accident vehicle, the generated accident key information is sent to the first server for accident judgment, and the accident handling information returned by the first server according to the accident key information is received. Therefore, when the terminal detects a vehicle collision accident, the acquired accident key information can be sent to a server of a traffic police station in time to wait for the processing of a traffic police, so that the time of a vehicle owner can be saved, the traffic jam caused by the occupation of a lane can be avoided, and the convenience, the rapidness and the timeliness of vehicle accident processing are improved.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a program, and the program includes, when executed, some or all of the steps of the freezing and thawing operation method of any application described in the above method embodiments.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed terminal can be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described terminal embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, terminals or units, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A method of vehicle accident management, the method comprising:
when a vehicle collision accident is detected and recognized through a vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal, acquiring a scene accident image of the vehicle collision accident;
generating accident key information according to the scene accident image, wherein the accident key information comprises identity information of an accident vehicle;
and sending the generated accident key information to a first server for accident judgment, and receiving accident handling information returned by the first server according to the accident key information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating incident key information from the live incident image comprises:
analyzing the scene accident image to obtain accident key information; or,
and acquiring a scene image of the vehicle collision accident through a camera, and generating corresponding accident key information according to the scene image and the scene accident image.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after acquiring the scene event image of the vehicle collision event, further comprising:
and when the vehicle collision accident is detected to be severe collision, executing preset emergency treatment, sending distress information to a preset emergency contact number, and carrying out alarm treatment.
4. The method of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
receiving accident judgment result information returned by the first server according to the accident key information;
and sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and performing corresponding claim settlement and case report.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim processing further comprises, before a corresponding claim filing:
analyzing the accident judgment result information to determine whether a responsible party of the vehicle collision accident is a preset vehicle;
and if so, continuing to execute the step of sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and performing corresponding claim settlement and case reporting.
6. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
the vehicle-mounted diagnosis terminal is used for detecting and identifying a vehicle collision accident, and acquiring a scene accident image of the vehicle collision accident;
the generation module is used for generating accident key information according to the scene accident image, wherein the accident key information comprises the identity information of an accident vehicle;
the first sending module is used for sending the accident key information generated by the generating module to a first server for accident judgment and receiving accident handling information returned by the first server according to the accident key information.
7. The terminal of claim 6,
the generation module is specifically used for analyzing the scene accident image to obtain accident key information; or acquiring a scene image of the vehicle collision accident through a camera, and generating corresponding accident key information according to the scene image and the scene accident image.
8. The terminal of claim 6, wherein the terminal further comprises:
and the processing module is used for executing preset emergency processing when detecting that the vehicle collision accident belongs to severe collision, sending distress information to a preset emergency contact number and carrying out alarm processing.
9. The terminal according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the terminal further comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving accident judgment result information returned by the first server according to the accident key information;
and the second sending module is further used for sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and performing corresponding claim settlement and case reporting.
10. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the terminal further comprises:
the determining module is used for analyzing the accident judgment result information and determining whether a responsible party of the vehicle collision accident is a preset vehicle; if so, informing the second sending module to execute the step of sending the accident judgment result information and the identity information of the accident vehicle in the accident key information to a second server for accident claim settlement processing, and carrying out corresponding claim settlement and case report.
