Abstract

本发明公开了一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,包括活动端盖、可调外盖和固定外壳,固定外壳固定在注射器主体的顶端,固定外壳通过螺纹旋转连接可调外盖,固定外壳和可调外盖的连接处设置有限位件,可调外盖顶部设置有活动端盖,活动端盖和固定外壳之间固定有弹簧,活动端盖通过弹簧固定在可调外盖的顶面,注射器主体的顶面固定有锁紧套,锁紧套的顶面配套有针头,针头设置在活动端盖的内部;本发明在组装结束之后,通过可调外盖的端面调整,精准控制注入皮肤的针头深度。同时病人在使用过程中完全看不到针头,整个进针,注射,以及拔出过程都是在机构内部完成的。会大大降低病人看到针头时带来的恐惧感,从而更加有利于注射。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隐针机构,特别涉及一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
现有的注射针都采用直接进针,针头裸露在外面,在病人使用时容易引起恐惧感,造成心理压力;同时由于医务人员控制不到位,很难准确控制注射深度;从而可能导致注射不准确。同时由于针头在外,没有任何保护装置,病人在使用时,容易造成其他不必要的伤害。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服针头裸露在外面,容易引起恐惧感、很难准确控制注射深度的缺陷,提供一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,包括活动端盖、可调外盖和固定外壳,所述固定外壳固定在注射器主体的顶端,所述固定外壳通过螺纹旋转连接所述可调外盖,所述固定外壳和所述可调外盖的连接处设置有限位件,所述可调外盖的顶部设置有所述活动端盖,所述活动端盖和所述固定外壳之间固定有弹簧,所述活动端盖通过弹簧固定在所述可调外盖的顶面,所述注射器主体的顶面固定有锁紧套,所述锁紧套的顶面配套有针头,所述针头设置在所述活动端盖的内部。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述固定外壳通过卡扣旋转固定在所述注射器本体上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述活动端盖设有限位挡边,确保其只能在可调外盖内活动。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述限位件为单向推拔型所述限位件。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述活动端盖的顶面中心位置留有供所述针头伸缩的通孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述固定外壳上标有刻度,通过可调外盖的端面指示刻度。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:该种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,从功能上讲,在组装结束之后,通过可调外盖的端面调整,精准控制注入皮肤的针头深度。大大提高了产品在使用过程中的安全性。同时病人在使用过程中完全看不到针头,整个进针,注射,以及拔出过程都是在机构内部完成的。会大大降低病人看到针头时带来的恐惧感,从而更加有利于注射。从结构上讲,本发明隐藏结构为一个单独的组件,用户使用时更加简便。隐针组件和注射本体通过卡扣旋转固定,简单可靠。从外观上讲,本机构简洁的圆柱结构,适合多种注射器主体,形成了更加完美的配合。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,包括活动端盖1、可调外盖3和固定外壳5,固定外壳5固定在注射器主体8的顶端,固定外壳5通过螺纹旋转连接可调外盖3,固定外壳5和可调外盖3的连接处设置有限位件4,可调外盖3的顶部设置有活动端盖1,活动端盖1和固定外壳5之间固定有弹簧2,活动端盖1通过弹簧2固定在可调外盖3的顶面,注射器主体8的顶面固定有锁紧套7,锁紧套7的顶面配套有针头6,针头6设置在活动端盖1的内部。
固定外壳5通过卡扣旋转固定在注射器本体8上。活动端盖1设有限位挡边,确保其只能在可调外盖3内活动。限位件4为单向推拔型限位件4。活动端盖1的顶面中心位置留有供针头6伸缩的通孔。固定外壳5上标有刻度,通过可调外盖3的端面指示刻度。
工作原理:
1:将弹簧2及活动端盖1放置在可调外盖3的里面,固定外壳5通过螺纹与可调外盖3固定连接;
2:活动端盖1在弹簧2的作用下,自动外伸到最前端;受压时,活动端盖1会自动回缩到与可调外盖3端面平齐;
3:通过调解可调外盖3与固定外壳5的螺纹,调整可调外盖3的端面伸出长度,同时控制合理的可调范围内;通过限位件4限位,防止向外调节时可调外盖3分离。
将装好的组件装在注射器主体8顶端,通过扣位旋转,与注射器主体固定在一起,拆装简单,固定可靠。在使用过程中,活动端盖1与皮肤接触,然后将针头6前压,则完成进针动作;而在推动过程中,活动端盖1会在弹簧2作用下不会前进,始终与皮肤接触。其余(包括针头6)都会前进,推进到可调外盖接触皮肤后,进针完成。通过螺纹调节可调外盖3的伸出长度,基准调节并控制注入皮肤的针头深度。待注射完成后。针头拔出后活动端盖1亦会在弹簧2作用下复位。
该种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,从功能上讲,在组装结束之后,通过可调外盖的端面调整,精准控制注入皮肤的针头深度。大大提高了产品在使用过程中的安全性。同时病人在使用过程中完全看不到针头,整个进针,注射,以及拔出过程都是在机构内部完成的。会大大降低病人看到针头时带来的恐惧感,从而更加有利于注射。从结构上讲,本发明隐藏结构为一个单独的组件,用户使用时更加简便。隐针组件和注射本体通过卡扣旋转固定,简单可靠。从外观上讲,本机构简洁的圆柱结构,适合多种注射器主体,形成了更加完美的配合。

1.一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,包括活动端盖(1)、可调外盖(3)和固定外壳(5),其特征在于,所述固定外壳(5)固定在注射器主体(8)的顶端,所述固定外壳(5)通过螺纹旋转连接所述可调外盖(3),所述固定外壳(5)和所述可调外盖(3)的连接处设置有限位件(4),所述可调外盖(3)的顶部设置有所述活动端盖(1),所述活动端盖(1)和所述固定外壳(5)之间固定有弹簧(2),所述活动端盖(1)通过弹簧(2)固定在所述可调外盖(3)的顶面,所述注射器主体(8)的顶面固定有锁紧套(7),所述锁紧套(7)的顶面配套有针头(6),所述针头(6)设置在所述活动端盖(1)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,其特征在于,所述固定外壳(5)通过卡扣旋转固定在所述注射器本体(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,其特征在于,所述活动端盖(1)设有限位挡边,确保其只能在可调外盖(3)内活动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,其特征在于,所述限位件(4)为单向推拔型所述限位件(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,其特征在于,所述活动端盖(1)的顶面中心位置留有供所述针头(6)伸缩的通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种注射进针深度可调的隐针机构,其特征在于,所述固定外壳(5)上标有刻度,通过可调外盖(3)的端面指示刻度。
