现有的树脂衬表面光滑,与服装面料复合后,一般都比较紧实,没有蓬松柔软手感。常规树脂衬的经纬向缩水率大,游离和水解甲醛量大,影响使用性能和使用效果。

上蓝增白防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,工作液pH值3.8-4.0,90~130℃松式烘燥,超喂1.0%~2.0%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一格温度160℃,第二格温度165℃,第三~八格温度175℃,焙烘时车速为30m/min,两个锡林冷却落布步骤。
Claims (2)
1.一种双面起绒漂白树脂衬的生产方法,其特征是:树脂衬双面都有一层蓬松绒毛;游离和水解甲醛≤35mg/kg;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.6%~+0.5%;依次包括翻缝、精练、漂白、双面拉毛、上蓝增白防缩同浴整理、机械预缩步骤;拉毛工艺为双面各拉二~四次,锡林转速75rpm,顺针辊转速700rpm,顺针辊气缸压力0.20Mpa,逆针辊气缸压力0.25~0.40Mpa,逆针辊转速800~850rpm;上导布辊张力1.8%,前导布辊张力2.8%,后导布辊张力1.9%,进布速度14~16m/min,拉毛后,织物两面都覆盖一层均匀绒毛;
纯棉织物上蓝增白防缩同浴整理时,补充液的组成为:
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH至4.2;
新开车时,浸轧槽中上蓝增白防缩整理工作液的组成为:
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH至4.2;
涤/棉织物上蓝增白防缩同浴整理时,补充液的组成为:
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH至3.8;
新开车时,浸轧槽中上蓝增白防缩整理工作液的组成为:
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH至3.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面起绒漂白树脂衬的生产方法,其特征是:衬布的坯布为纯棉织物或涤棉织物;其中所述纯棉织物为下列二种规格中的一种:第一种是平纹组织,门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为20s×20s、密度为60×60根/英寸,第二种是斜纹组织,门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为20/2s×20/2s、密度为52×68根/英寸;所述涤棉织物为下列二种平纹组织规格中的一种:第一种的门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为21s×21s、密度为60×58根/英寸,第二种的门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为16s×16s、密度为50×50根/英寸。
