Abstract

The invention relates to liquid band-aid and a preparation technology thereof. The liquid band-aid is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5%-20% of a film-forming agent, 4%-12% of a softening agent, 0.1-8% of an antibacterial agent, 3%-10% of a haemostatic and analgetic agent, 1%-5% of a healing agent, and 53%-83% of a solvent. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: adding 5%-20% of the film-forming agent and 53-83% of the solvent into a reactor, and soaking for 1-2 h; heating to 65 DEG C to 70 DEG C so that the film-forming agent completely swells; and sequentially adding the softening agent, the antibacterial agent, the haemostatic and analgetic agent and the healing agent into the reactor under stirring, and uniformly stirring to prepare the liquid band-aid. The liquid band-aid overcomes the defects that the traditional band-aid is not attractive, and the wound can not move freely. The liquid band-aid has the characteristics of being rapid in hemostatic effect, strong in inflammation diminishing and bacteria killing properties, and low in cost, and the wound part can move freely.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a band-aid. In particular to a liquid woundplast which can be conveniently smeared on a wound and can quickly isolate the wound from the outside to diminish inflammation and sterilize and a preparation process thereof.
Background
In daily life, people often leave wounds due to careless injuries to the body. If not treated in a timely manner, such wounds are often infected, with more serious consequences, especially in the summer, and are prone to inflammation.
For such wounds, a band-aid is usually applied to the small wound surface to achieve the purpose of diminishing inflammation and sterilizing. The common band-aid in the market is stuck on a small wound surface, wherein one band-aid is medical adhesive tape and non-woven fabric, and the other band-aid is PU film and non-woven fabric. The band-aid with the structure mode is attached to the wound surface, so that the free movement of the wound part is influenced, and the appearance is also influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a liquid band-aid which does not affect the appearance and has free movement of a wound and a preparation process thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a liquid band-aid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 20 percent of film forming agent, 4 to 12 percent of softening agent, 0.1 to 8 percent of antibacterial agent, 3 to 10 percent of hemostatic and analgesic agent, 1 to 5 percent of healing agent and 53 to 83 percent of solvent.
The film forming agent is one of casein, polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, pectin, gelatin and xanthan gum.
The softening agent is one of glycerin, propylene glycol and sorbitol.
The antibacterial agent is one of povidone iodine, chlorhexidine acetate, chlorhexidine gluconate, and ethacridine lactate.
The hemostatic and analgesic agent is Panax notoginseng extract.
The healing agent is sodium azulene sulfonate or sulfadiazine zinc.
The solvent is 35-45% ethanol water solution.
A preparation process of a liquid band-aid comprises the following steps:
1) adding 5-20% of film forming agent and 53-83% of solvent into a reactor, and soaking for 1-2 hours;
2) heating to 65-70 ℃ to fully swell the film-forming agent;
3) adding softening agent, antibacterial agent, hemostatic and analgesic agent and healing agent under stirring, and stirring.
According to the liquid band-aid and the preparation process thereof, the film-forming agent, the softening agent and the solvent can be prepared into liquid convenient to apply, so that a wound is quickly isolated from the outside, and the normal movement of an applied part is not influenced; the antibacterial agent can prevent wound infection; hemostatic agents prevent continued bleeding from the wound; the healing agent can promote wound healing. Therefore, the invention solves the defects of influence on the appearance and the loose movement of the wound of the traditional wound plaster. The invention has the characteristics of quick hemostasis effect, strong anti-inflammatory and bactericidal capacity, free movement of wound parts and low cost.

The invention relates to a liquid band-aid, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 20 percent of film forming agent, 4 to 12 percent of softening agent, 0.1 to 8 percent of antibacterial agent, 3 to 10 percent of hemostatic and analgesic agent, 1 to 5 percent of healing agent and 53 to 83 percent of solvent. Wherein,
the film forming agent is one of casein, polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, pectin, gelatin and xanthan gum;
the softening agent is one of glycerin, propylene glycol and sorbitol;

Example 3: taking 100g as an example for preparation, the following components are taken by weight:
1) adding 20g of hydroxymethyl cellulose and 53g of 45% ethanol into a reactor, and soaking for 2 hours;
2) heating to 65-70 deg.c to swell hydroxymethyl cellulose fully;
3) and sequentially adding 12g of propylene glycol, 5g of povidone iodine powder, 7g of panax notoginseng extract and 3g of sodium azulene sulfonate under stirring, and uniformly stirring.
Example 4: taking 100g as an example for preparation, the following components are taken by weight:
1) adding 6g of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 69g of 45% ethanol into a reactor, and soaking for 2 hours;
2) heating to 65-70 deg.c to swell polyvinyl pyrrolidone fully;
3) and sequentially adding 10g of glycerol, 2g of ethacridine lactate, 10g of panax notoginseng extract and 3g of sodium azulene sulfonate under stirring, and uniformly stirring.
Example 5: taking 100g as an example for preparation, the following components are taken by weight:
1) adding 6g of casein and 80.5g of 35% ethanol into a reactor, and soaking for 1.5 hours;
2) heating to 65-70 deg.c to swell casein fully;
3) and (3) adding 7g of glycerol, 0.5g of chlorhexidine acetate, 4g of panax notoginseng extract and 2g of sodium azulene sulfonate in sequence under stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.

1) adding 5g of pectin and 71g of 45% ethanol into a reactor, and soaking for 2 hours;
2) heating to 65-70 deg.c to swell polyvinyl pyrrolidone fully;
3) and sequentially adding 7g of glycerol, 8g of chlorhexidine gluconate, 6g of panax notoginseng extract and 3g of sodium azulene sulfonate while stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.

3) and sequentially adding 4g of sorbitol, 2.5g of chlorhexidine gluconate, 4g of panax notoginseng extract and 3.5g of sodium azulene sulfonate while stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
The invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments and the specific features of the liquid band-aid, but it is not limited thereto, and it is intended that the invention shall be construed as including all such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
In the 12 examples, 30 parts of samples are prepared according to the formula in each example, 360 parts of samples are prepared, volunteers willing to try are searched, and when accidental skin scratches occur, the product is applied to the wound, so that the wound is prevented from being infected by bacteria, bleeding is stopped, pain is relieved, and wound healing is promoted. The trial result shows that the 12 products of the embodiment can quickly isolate the wound from the outside, prevent bacterial infection, relieve pain and heal quickly, and have no wound and mouthfeel dyed during trial, and the significant efficiency is 100%. Therefore, the product of the patent has the effects of preventing the wound from being infected by bacteria, stopping bleeding and relieving pain and promoting wound healing, and is worthy of popularization.

6. The liquid adhesive bandage of claim 1 wherein the healing agent is sodium azulene sulfonate or zinc sulfadiazine.
7. The liquid band-aid according to claim 1, characterized in that said solvent is 35% -45% ethanol aqueous solution.
