Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻夹头(Bohrfutter),其带有:夹头体,该夹头体在其轴向背侧的端部处具有容纳部);相对于夹头轴线可调的夹爪(Spannbacke);以及用于调整夹爪的夹紧套筒(Spannhülse)。
背景技术
这种钻夹头从实践和现有技术中为已知的且例如在文件EP0710518A1中说明。此外由文件DE10151581B4已知这样的钻夹头,即在该钻夹头中在钻夹头的轴向背侧的端部处布置有带有非旋转对称的截面的栓形件(Zapfen),以用于可提供与钻床的钻床主轴的旋转固定的联结。通过调整与钻床相关联的解锁套筒(Entriegelungshülse)该联结可松开,从而可实现快速更换钻夹头。
对于该钻夹头必要的夹头体是专门制造,其与高成本相关,尤其因为此外夹头体的轴向长度增大且由此较大的材料使用是必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,在开头所提及类型的钻夹头中采取这样的设计方案,即使得可价格有利地生产钻夹头。
对于开头所提及类型的钻夹头而言该目的根据本发明通过以下方式实现,即转接体(Adapterkörper)可插入到容纳部中且可传递扭矩地联结到容纳部中,为了可松开地与钻床的钻床主轴连接该转接体具有转接容纳部且在该转接容纳部的壁中具有可通过解锁套筒调整的至少一个止锁件(Rastglied)。
在该实施形式处优点在于,钻夹头可在批量条件下生产、装配和磨削,同时转接体被提供以用于实现快速更换特性,转接体可使用在传统夹头体的钻床主轴容纳部中。
在本发明的范围中此外优选的是,夹头体和转接体可通过螺纹连接来连接,并且设置有在建立螺纹连接之后可压入到转接体中的驱动插入件(Antriebseinsatz)以用于螺纹的压紧(Verstemmen,有时称为敛缝)和用于钻床主轴的扭矩传递。
螺纹连接可价格非常有利地生产和实现,而对于根据本发明的钻夹头所期望的在夹头体和转接体之间的不可解开的连接通过驱动插入件实现,该驱动插入件在压入到转接容纳部中时导致转接体和夹头体的螺纹的处于螺纹接合(Gewindeeingriff)中的螺纹导程(Gewindegang)的压紧。
当驱动插入件在截面方面构建为非圆形且伸入到转接容纳部中时,对于与钻床的主轴的联结是有利的。
此外,当在解锁套筒的内周缘处构造有控制曲线(Steuerkurve)以用于加载构造成止锁球(Rastkugel)的止锁件且回位弹簧轴向加载解锁套筒时,简化根据本发明的钻夹头的操作。
在此有利的是,回位弹簧在转接体与夹头体连接时支撑在夹紧套筒处。

具体实施方式
在图纸中在图1中显示了钻夹头1。该钻夹头1具有带有相对于夹头轴线3倾斜地取向的引导容纳部的夹头体2,在该引导容纳部中纵向可移动地引导夹爪4,其以径向位于外部的方式具有齿列5以用于接合到螺纹环6的夹紧螺纹中。该螺纹环6旋转固定地(drehfest,有时称为抗扭地)与用于调整夹爪5的夹紧套筒7联结。在图纸中所示的实施例中在此在本发明的范围中可能的是,将夹紧套筒7和螺纹环6构造为一体,因为夹紧套筒7可轴向从前方装配到夹头体2上且可通过固定环来固定。

Claims (5)
1. 一种钻夹头,带有:夹头体(2),该夹头体在其轴向背侧的端部处具有容纳部(8);可相对于夹头轴线(3)调整的夹爪(4);以及用于调整所述夹爪(4)的夹紧套筒(7),其特征在于,转接体(9)可插入到所述容纳部(8)中且可传递扭矩地联结到所述容纳部(8)中,为了可松开地与钻床的钻床主轴连接所述转接体具有转接容纳部(10)且在该转接容纳部的壁(11)中具有可通过解锁套筒(12)调整的至少一个止锁件(13)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的钻夹头,其特征在于,所述夹头体(2)和所述转接体(9)可通过螺纹连接来连接,并且设置有在螺纹连接建立之后可压入到所述转接体(9)中的驱动插入件(16)以用于螺纹的压紧且用于钻床主轴的扭矩传递。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的钻夹头,其特征在于,所述驱动插入件(16)在截面方面设计为非圆形且伸入到所述转接容纳部(10)中。
4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的钻夹头,其特征在于,在所述解锁套筒(12)的内周缘处构造有控制曲线(14)以用于加载构造成止锁球的所述止锁件(13),并且回位弹簧(15)轴向加载所述解锁套筒(12)。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的钻夹头,其特征在于,所述回位弹簧(15)在所述转接体(9)与所述夹头体(2)连接时支撑在所述夹紧套筒(7)处。
