Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法，该医用毛巾用的原料是由谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺而成，所述的谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维原料的重量比为谷脘蛋白纤维：棉纤维=10‑15：85‑90。采用该毛巾除具有传统杀菌抑菌、洁净功能外还具有改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，醒神健脑的效果，且制得的毛巾手感滑爽，柔顺舒爽，吸湿透气，更具舒适感，是一种全新型的抗菌除螨医用毛巾。

Description

一种抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蛋白质混纺纤维的制备方法，尤其涉及一种以谷朊粉为原料制备抗菌除螨医用毛巾的方法。
背景技术
目前，我国纺织品消费需要已由生存型消费转向享有型消费，逐渐从纺织品生产基地变成消费主体，人们对于高品质纺织品的需求与日俱增，对高品质纤维尤其是对人体具有良好亲和力的蛋白质纤维的需求同样在不断增加。常用的传统天然蛋白质纤维包括毛绒类和蚕丝类纤维。这两类纤维以舒适性好、光泽好、风格高雅等优秀的服用性能而受到消费者的青睐，但其资源有限、价格高，在全球纺织纤维消费总量中仅占3.5%左右。因此，人们很早就开始了再生蛋白质纤维的研究与开发。目前，包括大豆蛋白纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维等在内的已实现产业化的再生蛋白质纤维均不是100%的大豆蛋白质再生纤维或牛奶蛋白质再生纤维，其中含有约55～75%的合成高聚物，这些纤维难以满足高端纺织品对于纤维品质的要求。
毛巾是我们日常生活中的必需品，那么选择性的在毛巾加工过程中添加中药原料与有机棉、蛋白质纤维、竹纤维、抗菌材料、玉石粉混合制成，可使现有的毛巾不仅在具有传统杀 菌抑菌、洁净功能外还具有改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，醒神健脑，淡斑美白的效果，且制得的毛巾手感滑爽，柔顺舒爽，吸湿透气，更具舒适感，是一种全新型的抗菌除螨医用毛巾。中国是中医的始祖，历史悠久，药材原料种类丰富，取材范围辽阔，且因中药具 有疗效明显、安全无刺激性、毒副作用在中西外前景广阔，其消费水平在百姓中也更易接受， 因此采用中草原料与毛巾制备材料的有机结合的确具有很好的前景。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种柔软度和抑菌性好通过改性剂制备的由谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺而成毛巾制品。采用该毛巾除具有传统杀菌抑菌、洁净功能外还具有改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，醒神健脑的效果，且制得的毛巾手感滑爽，柔顺舒爽，吸湿透气，更具舒适感，是一种全新型的抗菌除螨医用毛巾。
本发明的技术内容为：一种抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法，该毛巾用的医用原料是由谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺而成，所述的谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维原料的重量比为，谷脘蛋白纤维：棉纤维=10-15：85-90，原料混纱的制备包括以下步骤：
（1）谷脘蛋白预处理：
精选2500公支-3000公支优质谷脘蛋白纤维，将谷脘蛋白纤维均匀撕成小块后分成小堆；
（2）谷脘蛋白改性处理：
首先，将改性液喷洒在堆置的谷脘蛋白纤维上，改性处理12-24小时；
然后，将谷脘蛋白纤维送入蒸汽室内，蒸35-55分钟；
再进行二次改性，在上述改性液中加入其体积1-2%的JFC、1-2%鼠尾草、1-2%藿香、1-2%百部、1-2%黄连、1-2%的丁香油，改性处理48-60小时；第一次改性的改性液是由下述重量百分比的各原料组成：溴氰菊酯2-3%、烷基磷酸酯5-8%、甘油2-4%、酯基季铵盐0.1-0.3%、钛酸酯偶联剂5-7%、剩余为水；每次改性处理用的改性液量均为谷脘蛋白纤维重量的6-10％；
（3）将改性处理后的谷脘蛋白与上述比例的棉纤维上槽大堆混合；
（4）按照传统工序进行梳棉、精梳、并条、纺粗纱、纺细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻即得原料混纱；
所述的医用毛巾的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述得到的原料混纱织造成毛巾坯巾；
（2）将织好的坯巾浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中，浴比为1:25-30，先用95-100℃的水清洗20-30分钟，再降低温度5-10℃，水清洗4-8分钟，然后在水中加入整理助剂，调整水溶液温度为65-75℃，清洗40-50分钟；所述的整理助剂由下列重量份原料制成：环氧氯丙烷3-6、抗菌微胶囊7-9、乙二醇12-14、聚六亚甲基胍0.4-0.7、柠檬酸钠2.1-2.6、烷基磷酸酯5-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-8、纳米二氧化硅2-3；所述抗菌微胶囊的抗菌成分是以氯苯咪唑类高分子化合物和拟除虫菊类化合物为主；
（3）再将上述坯巾用温度为90-100℃清水煮30-40分钟，再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸镁，在上述温度下继续煮10-20分钟；并出布，用脱水机脱水20-25分钟；
（4）烘干定型：将已脱水的坯巾经开幅机开幅，然后经烘干机，在110-130℃下烘干处理18-25分钟，即得所述医用毛巾。
优选地，所述的纺粗纱工艺中，工艺参数为：粗纱捻系数为100-120、粗纱锭速为600-700转/min。
优选地，所述的纺细纱工艺中，工艺参数为：细纱捻系数为800-1000、细纱锭速为8000-10000转/min。
小麦是我国主要农作物，小麦后加工和综合利用对我国国民经济的发展以及社会稳定具有重要作用。近年来由于食品、化工、生物、医药行业的发展，小麦淀粉的用途不断扩大，其产量逐年增加。作为小麦淀粉加工工业、以小麦为原料的发酵工业等副产品的谷朊粉即小麦蛋白粉，其产量逐年增加，目前中国年产量达到10万吨以上，世界年产量达到50万吨以上，来源广泛、成本低廉。谷朊粉中的蛋白质含量超过80%，其中的主要蛋白质成分为醇溶蛋白与麦谷蛋白，两者各占40%左右。醇溶蛋白分子量较小，分子间通过键能较低的氢键和疏水键相互作用；麦谷蛋白分子量较大，分子间通过二硫键相连。两种蛋白质的相互作用使得小麦蛋白比其他植物蛋白具有更好的延展性和湿热稳定性。
烷基磷酸酯能够对蛋白质、纤维素产生交联作用，且交联过程高效、无毒；环氧氯丙烷能够在碱作为催化剂的情况下与蛋白质中的氨基发生反应，对蛋白质大分子产生交联作用。
本发明所具有的优点是：本发明生产抗菌除螨医用毛巾的成本低及生产工艺简单与高效；本发明生产的谷朊蛋白混纺纤维不仅拉伸力学性能好，而且可完全降解，生物相容性好，可应用于高品质纺织品的制造以及生物、医药、组织工程等领域；采用其制备的毛巾可以有效不仅在具有传统杀菌抑菌、洁净功能外还具有改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，醒神健脑的效果，且制得的毛巾手感滑爽，柔顺舒爽，吸湿透气，更具舒适感，是一种全新型的抗菌除螨医用毛巾。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1 ：
一种抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法，该毛巾用的医用原料是由谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺而成，所述的谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维原料的重量比为，谷脘蛋白纤维：棉纤维=10：90，原料混纱的制备包括以下步骤：
（1）谷脘蛋白预处理：
精选约2500公支优质谷脘蛋白纤维，将谷脘蛋白纤维均匀撕成小块后分成小堆；
（2）谷脘蛋白改性处理：
首先，将改性液喷洒在堆置的谷脘蛋白纤维上，改性处理12小时；
然后，将谷脘蛋白纤维送入蒸汽室内，蒸35分钟；

所述的纺粗纱工艺中，工艺参数为：粗纱捻系数为100-120、粗纱锭速为600-700转/min。所述的纺细纱工艺中，工艺参数为：细纱捻系数为800-1000、细纱锭速为8000-10000转/min。
实施例2 ：
一种抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法，该毛巾用的医用原料是由谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺而成，所述的谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维原料的重量比为，谷脘蛋白纤维：棉纤维=15：85，原料混纱的制备包括以下步骤：
（1）谷脘蛋白预处理：
精选约3000公支优质谷脘蛋白纤维，将谷脘蛋白纤维均匀撕成小块后分成小堆；
（2）谷脘蛋白改性处理：
首先，将改性液喷洒在堆置的谷脘蛋白纤维上，改性处理24小时；
然后，将谷脘蛋白纤维送入蒸汽室内，蒸55分钟；
再进行二次改性，在上述改性液中加入其体积2%的JFC、2%鼠尾草、2%藿香、2%百部、2%黄连、2%的丁香油，改性处理60小时；第一次改性的改性液是由下述重量百分比的各原料组成：溴氰菊酯3%、烷基磷酸酯8%、甘油4%、酯基季铵盐0.3%、钛酸酯偶联剂7%、剩余为水；每次改性处理用的改性液量均为谷脘蛋白纤维重量的10％；
（3）将改性处理后的谷脘蛋白与上述比例的棉纤维上槽大堆混合；
（4）按照传统工序进行梳棉、精梳、并条、纺粗纱、纺细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻即得原料混纱；
所述的医用毛巾的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述得到的原料混纱织造成毛巾坯巾；
（2）将织好的坯巾浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中，浴比为1:30，先用100℃的水清洗30分钟，再降低温度10℃，水清洗8分钟，然后在水中加入整理助剂，调整水溶液温度为75℃，清洗50分钟；所述的整理助剂由下列重量份原料制成：环氧氯丙烷6、抗菌微胶囊9、乙二醇14、聚六亚甲基胍0.7、柠檬酸钠2.6、烷基磷酸酯7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8、纳米二氧化硅3；所述抗菌微胶囊的抗菌成分是以氯苯咪唑类高分子化合物和拟除虫菊类化合物为主；
（3）再将上述坯巾用温度为100℃清水煮40分钟，再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸镁，在上述温度下继续煮20分钟；并出布，用脱水机脱水25分钟；
（4）烘干定型：将已脱水的坯巾经开幅机开幅，然后经烘干机，在130℃下烘干处理25分钟，即得所述医用毛巾。所述的纺粗纱工艺中，工艺参数为：粗纱捻系数为100-120、粗纱锭速为600-700转/min。
所述的纺细纱工艺中，工艺参数为：细纱捻系数为800-1000、细纱锭速为8000-10000转/min。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法，其特征在于该医用毛巾用的原料是由谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺而成，所述的谷脘蛋白纤维与棉纤维原料的重量比为谷脘蛋白纤维：棉纤维=10-15：85-90，原料混纺的制备包括以下步骤：
（1）谷脘蛋白预处理：
精选2500公支-3000公支优质谷脘蛋白纤维，将谷脘蛋白纤维均匀撕成小块后分成小堆；
（2）谷脘蛋白改性处理：
首先，将改性液喷洒在堆置的谷脘蛋白纤维上，改性处理12-24小时；
改性液是由下述重量百分比的各原料组成：
溴氰菊酯2-3%、烷基磷酸酯5-8%、甘油2-4%、酯基季铵盐0.1-0.3%、钛酸酯偶联剂5-7%、剩余为水；
然后，将谷脘蛋白纤维送入蒸汽室内，蒸35-55分钟；再进行二次改性，在上述改性液中加入其体积1-2%的JFC、1-2%鼠尾草、1-2%藿香、1-2%百部、1-2%黄连、1-2%的丁香油，改性处理48-60小时；

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌除螨医用毛巾的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的纺细纱工艺中，工艺参数为：细纱捻系数为800-1000、细纱锭速为8000-10000转/min。
