一种电回转焙烧窑包括:喂料进口、保温棉、窑体、尾气出口烟道,密闭料仓、料斗、高温加热区、中温加热区、低温加热区;喂料进口处于窑体一头,另一头为密闭料仓,旋转窑体外部装有保温棉,窑体底部依次分布高温加热区、中温加热区和低温加热区,均由电热丝加热,密闭料仓顶部有尾气出口烟道,底部为料斗。本发明由传统的烧煤静态焙烧改为电回转焙烧,转速、温度、下料均可精确控制,焙烧渣颗粒均匀;硒回收率可达98%以上,密闭生产,环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜阳极电回转焙烧窑,属于铜加工综合利用技术领域。
背景技术
在铜加工过程中会留下大量的铜阳极泥,其中含有贵金属金、银等,为了综合利用提高企业经济效益,从阳极泥中提取贵金属十分必要,在分铜提取贵金属工艺步骤之前必须对阳极泥进行焙烧,先提取硒(se),然后再分铜提取金、银等贵金属。以前对铜阳极泥进行焙烧是以煤为燃料静态进行焙烧,能耗高,硒回收离低,只有80%左右,焙烧的渣粒也不均匀,而且烧煤会污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足提供一种电回转焙烧窑。
本发明所述电回转焙烧窑结构包括:喂料进口、保温棉、窑体、尾气出口烟道,密闭料仓、料斗、高温加热区、中温加热区、低温加热区;
喂料进口处于窑体一头,另一头为密闭料仓,旋转窑体外部装有保温棉,窑体底部依次分布高温加热区、中温加热区和低温加热区,均由电热丝加热,密闭料仓顶部有尾气出口烟道,底部为料斗。
本发明的有益效果:由传统的烧煤静态焙烧改为电回转焙烧,转速、温度、下料均可精确控制,焙烧渣颗粒均匀;硒回收率可达98%以上,密闭生产,环保。
