本发明涉及饲料技术领域,具体地说,是南美白对虾专用营养粉剂制备方法。
背景技术
南美白对虾(Litopenaeus Vannamei Boone,1931),又称白肢虾、白对虾、万氏白虾、凡纳对虾等,其外形形态与中国对虾和墨吉对虾相似,最大体长可达23cm,甲壳较薄,正常体色为青蓝色,全身不具斑纹;步足呈白垩色,故称白脚虾或白肢虾。该虾原产于中、南美太平洋沿岸水域,以厄瓜多尔(Ecuador)沿海的分布最为集中。上世纪七十年代初厄瓜多尔率先试养,一举成功。其后许多养虾国家或地区相继引进,南美白对虾养殖业发展迅速。南美白虾以其适温、适盐性强、抗病力强、离水耐受性强以及杂食习性、生长迅速等显著优点,成为当今世界养殖产量最高的三大优良大型虾类养殖种类之一。
近几十年来,南美白对虾的营养与饲料受到广泛关注。科研工作者、养殖者、饲料加工者以及饲料原料供应者都致力于提高精养和粗养条件下南美白对虾的产量。但是目前的南美白对虾营养饲料还是无法满足南美白对虾的生产需求。
中国专利文献CN103385381A公开了一种南美白对虾专用配合饲料,按重量百分比由以下组分组成:蒸汽鱼粉18-24%,豆粕17-22%,花生粕15-24%,血球蛋白粉2-4%,乌贼膏2~4%,酵母膏2-5%,面粉20-25%,鱼油2-3%,豆油1-2%,虾多维1.0%,虾多矿2.0%,南美白对虾专用饲料添加剂1.0%,以上各组分之和为100%。中国专利文献CN101904434A公开了一种对虾养殖微生物生长调节剂,由以下原料制成:虾壳粉,豆粕粉,花生麸粉,乌贼膏(含水量30%~50%),磷酸二氢钙,硫酸亚铁,甘氨酸铜,蛋氨酸锌,甘氨酸锰,活力单位在50万u以上的木瓜蛋白酶。通过水解、聚合和螯合反应而成。其有效成分含量为:蛋白质大于15%,总氨基酸大于13%,赖氨酸大于0.83%,蛋氨酸大于0.26%,有效磷大于2%,总钙大于2%,矿物元素大于1%。中国专利文献CN101664122公开了一种凡纳滨对虾配合饲料,含重量百分比为鱼粉10~15%、发酵豆粕18~22%、花生饼8~12%、玉米蛋白粉2~6%、豆粕8~10%、高筋面粉20~25%、虾壳粉2~6%、富硒酵母1~3%、膨润土1~3%、乌贼膏2~4%、海带粉2~4%、磷酸二氢钙0.5~1.5%、鱼油0.5~1.5%、预混料2~4%。但是关于本发明的南美白对虾专用营养粉剂及制备方法目前还未见报道。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种南美白对虾专用营养粉剂。
本发明的再一的目的是,提供一种南美白对虾专用营养粉剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种南美白对虾专用营养粉剂,所述的营养粉剂由以下原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:镁11.8-12.2g,锌10.8-11.2g,铜3.3-3.5g,钴5.8-6.2g,维生素A 108-112万IU,维生素D 295-305万IU,维生素E 17.3-17.7g,维生素B1 6.3-6.7g,维生素B24.8-5.2g,维生素C 29.5-30.5g,胃蛋白酶64.5-65.5g,类胰蛋白酶84.5-85.5g,油脂9.8-10.2g,其余为次粉。
所述的营养粉剂由以下原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:镁120g,锌11g,铜3.4g,钴6g,维生素A 110万IU,维生素D 300万IU,维生素E 17.5g,维生素B1 6.5g,维生素B2 5g,维生素C 30g,胃蛋白酶65g,类胰蛋白酶85g,油脂10g,其余为次粉。
所述的营养粉剂由以下原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:MgCl2·6H2O 101g,硫酸锌27g,蛋氨酸铜19g,蛋氨酸钴36g,50万IU/g的饲料级维生素A 1.2g,50万IU/g的饲料级维生素D36g,维生素E 17.5g,维生素B1 6.5g,维生素B2 5g,维生素C 30g,胃蛋白酶65g,类胰蛋白酶85g,油脂10g,其余为次粉。
为实现上述第二个目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种南美白对虾专用营养粉剂的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将次粉烘干,控制水分在4%以下,粉碎并过50目筛;(2)控制环境温度低于30℃、相对湿度低于50%,先将维生素加入不锈钢搅拌桶中,用烘干的次粉搅拌5min预先稀释;(3)将矿物质放入不锈钢搅拌桶中混合搅拌5min使其混合均匀;(4)将胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶和油脂加入不锈钢搅拌桶中搅拌15min,使其充分混合均匀。
本发明优点在于:
本发明的营养粉剂可以改善目前市售的南美白对虾饲料中营养不全面,维生素、矿物质元素、酶等缺乏或者用量不合理的问题。在普通市售南美白对虾饲料中添加本发明的营养粉剂可以提高南美白对虾的存活率、生长速度并减少疾病的发生。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
南美白对虾专用营养粉剂,由下列原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:镁11.8-12.2g,锌10.8-11.2g,铜3.3-3.5g,钴5.8-6.2g,维生素A 108-112万IU,维生素D 295-305万IU,维生素E 17.3-17.7g,维生素B1 6.3-6.7g,维生素B2 4.8-5.2g,维生素C 29.5-30.5g,胃蛋白酶64.5-65.5g,类胰蛋白酶84.5-85.5g,油脂9.8-10.2g,其余为次粉。
实施例1
南美白对虾专用营养粉剂,以制备1kg为准,其组分及其用量为:
镁12g,锌11g,铜3.4g,钴6g,维生素A 110万IU,维生素D 300万IU,维生素E 17.5g,维生素B1 6.5g,维生素B2 5g,维生素C 30g,胃蛋白酶65g,类胰蛋白酶85g,油脂10g,其余为次粉。
镁的来源是含6个结晶水的氯化镁(MgCl2·6H2O),使用量是101g;锌的来源是硫酸锌,使用量为27g;铜的来源为蛋氨酸铜,使用量为19g;钴的来源为蛋氨酸钴,使用量为36g;维生素A来源为含量为50万IU/g的饲料级维生素A,使用量为1.2g;维生素D来源为含量为50万IU/g的饲料级维生素D3,使用量为6g。
制备方法如下:
(1)将次粉烘干,控制水分在4%以下,粉碎并过50目筛;
(2)控制环境温度低于30℃、相对湿度低于50%,先将维生素(维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素C)加入不锈钢搅拌桶中,用烘干的次粉搅拌5min预先稀释;
(3)将矿物质(镁、锌、铜、钴)放入不锈钢搅拌桶中混合搅拌5min使其混合均匀;
(4)将胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶和油脂加入不锈钢搅拌桶中搅拌15min,使其充分混合均匀。
实施例2
选取海水网箱养殖的南美白对虾为试验对象,选取2个网箱作为本次试验对象,每个网箱中的对虾数量基本相同,折算后的养殖密度为6万尾/亩(高密度养殖),且为同一时期放养的同一批虾菌,采用相同的养殖模式进行管理。其中组1为对照组,饲喂普通市售的南美白对虾饲料;组2为实验组,投喂本发明实施例1的南美白对虾专用营养粉剂(10%)和普通市售的南美白对虾饲料(90%)。养殖从平均体长3cm左右时开始,养殖35天,记录养殖的平均存活率、最终平均体长以及养殖过程中的生长情况,具体结果见下表1。

由以上动物饲喂实验结果表明,本发明的南美白对虾专用营养粉剂能更有效地满足南美白对虾的营养需求,饲喂本发明南美白对虾专用营养粉剂的对虾平均体长明显大于普通市售的饲料,并且能够有效地预防南美白对虾养殖过程中病菌、病毒感染病症的发生。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种南美白对虾专用营养粉剂,其特征在于,所述的营养粉剂由以下原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:镁11.8-12.2g,锌10.8-11.2g,铜3.3-3.5g,钴5.8-6.2g,维生素A 108-112万IU,维生素D 295-305万IU,维生素E 17.3-17.7g,维生素B1 6.3-6.7g,维生素B2 4.8-5.2g,维生素C 29.5-30.5g,胃蛋白酶64.5-65.5g,类胰蛋白酶84.5-85.5g,油脂9.8-10.2g,其余为次粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养粉剂,其特征在于,所述的营养粉剂由以下原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:镁120g,锌11g,铜3.4g,钴6g,维生素A 110万IU,维生素D 300万IU,维生素E 17.5g,维生素B1 6.5g,维生素B2 5g,维生素C 30g,胃蛋白酶65g,类胰蛋白酶85g,油脂10g,其余为次粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的营养粉剂,其特征在于,所述的营养粉剂由以下原料混合制成,在每千克营养粉剂中含有:MgCl2·6H2O 101g,硫酸锌27g,蛋氨酸铜19g,蛋氨酸钴36g,50万IU/g的饲料级维生素A 1.2g,50万IU/g的饲料级维生素D3 6g,维生素E 17.5g,维生素B1 6.5g,维生素B2 5g,维生素C 30g,胃蛋白酶65g,类胰蛋白酶85g,油脂10g,其余为次粉。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的营养粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将次粉烘干,控制水分在4%以下,粉碎并过50目筛;(2)控制环境温度低于30℃、相对湿度低于50%,先将维生素加入不锈钢搅拌桶中,用烘干的次粉搅拌5min预先稀释;(3)将矿物质放入不锈钢搅拌桶中混合搅拌5min使其混合均匀;(4)将胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶和油脂加入不锈钢搅拌桶中搅拌15min,使其充分混合均匀。
