背景技术
传统的畜禽血过滤设备，过滤过程中经常堵塞滤布，从而导致作业效率低下。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种防止滤布堵塞的畜禽血过滤设备。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本发明公开了一种畜禽血过滤设备，包括一对滚轴；所述滚轴外设有一滤布，所述滤布向下形成凹部；所述滤布与滚轴形成的空间内部设有一过滤槽，所述过滤槽的长度大于滚轴的长度；所述过滤槽的一端设有过滤孔。
进一步地，所述滤布与水平线呈8~15℃。
进一步地，所述滤布的细度为100~400目。
进一步地，所述过滤槽设在凹部下方。
有益效果：本发明提供的畜禽血过滤设备进行初始过滤，过滤效率高，能够及时清理滤布上的杂质，防止滤布堵塞，结构简单，易拆卸组装，成本低廉。

如图1至图3所示，一种畜禽血过滤设备，包括一对滚轴3；所述滚轴3外设有一滤布1，所述滤布1向下形成凹部；所述滤布1与滚轴3形成的空间内部设有一过滤槽2，所述过滤槽2在凹部下方；所述过滤槽2的长度大于滚轴1的长度；所述过滤槽2的一端设有过滤孔4，所述滤布1与水平线呈8~15℃；所述滤布1的细度为100~400目。
本发明通过电动机启动，带动滚轴以一定匀速转动，从而带动滤布转动，及时清理滤布上的杂质；从而防止传统技术中滤布长期处在同一位置被堵塞而失去过滤功能，滤布可根据过滤物的各类选择不同的细度。

1.一种畜禽血过滤设备，其特征在于：包括一对滚轴(3)；所述滚轴(3)外设有一滤布(1)，所述滤布(1)向下形成凹部；所述滤布(1)与滚轴(3)形成的空间内部设有一过滤槽(2)，所述过滤槽(2)的长度大于滚轴(3)的长度；所述过滤槽(2)的一端设有过滤孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽血过滤设备，其特征在于：所述滤布(1)与水平线呈8～15度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽血过滤设备，其特征在于：所述滤布(1)的细度为100～400目。
