Abstract
一种花生专用肥,其特征在于:所述的花生专用肥由以下按重量百分比计的成分组成:氮12~14%、磷8~10%、钾10~12%、硫酸钙7~9%、硫酸锌1.0~1.7%、硼砂0.5~0.8%、硫酸亚铁0.1~0.3%、钼酸铵0.01~0.02%、余量为填充剂;所述的填充剂为沸石,将以上按重量百分比计的原料粉碎,通过混料机混合均匀,造粒、烘干、包装即获得花生专用肥成品。本发明针对性强,配比合理,养分齐全,工艺简单,可以规模生产也可家庭生产,增产增收效果十分明显。

技术领域
本发明属于农用肥料及其制备技术领域,具体涉及一种花生专用肥。
背景技术
花生是我国北方地区一种重要的油料和经济作物,种植范围很广,有较高的经济价值,是一些地区农民收入的主要来源,花生用途广泛,除作油料以外,在食品、化工、医药上也有许多用途,花生生长所需的营养与一般农作物差异很大,对氮磷钾和微量元素有严格的要求,尤其是钙、硼和钼需求量较大,一般农家种植花生时施肥品种,氮磷钾配比不甚合理,没有加入适量的微量元素,忽视氮、磷、钾、钙及微量元素的合理搭配,不能满足花生对主要营养元素的需要量,造成土壤养分严重失衡,导致花生生长发育各时期营养供应不良,不仅产量难以提高,花生果肉品质和口感变差,含油率降低,不符合平衡施肥、配方施肥的要求,因而不适合花生种植需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种达到增产增收效果,能满足花生生长对养分的需求和均衡吸收利用的氮、磷、钾、钙及微量元素配置比例的花生专用肥。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种花生专用肥,其特征在于:所述的花生专用肥由以下按重量百分比计的成分组成:
氮12~14%、磷8~10%、钾10~12%、硫酸钙7~9%、硫酸锌1.0~1.7%、硼砂0.5~0.8%、硫酸亚铁0.1~0.3%、钼酸铵0.01~002%、余量为填充剂;所述的填充剂为沸石,将以上按重量百分比计的原料粉碎为30~40目,通过混料机混合均匀,造粒、烘干、包装即获得花生专用肥成品。
各成分含量优选为:氮14%、磷10%、钾12%、硫酸钙9%、硫酸锌1.7%、硼砂0.8%、硫酸亚铁0.3%、钼酸铵0.02%、余量为填充剂。
花生对主要养分吸收情况:花生是含油分和蛋白质较多的农作物,如何配使肥料不仅能提高花生的产量,而且能改善花生的品质,花生需要的养分主要有氮、磷、钾、钙及锌、硼、钼等微量元素;氮肥能促进花生枝多叶茂、多开花、多结果;磷肥能促进花生生根、开花、荚果成熟、籽粒饱满,并能增强抗寒和耐涝能力;钾肥能促进花生发棵壮秧;钙能促成,减少空壳,提高饱果率;微量元素可以提高结荚率、有效果数,同时还提高植株对土壤中氮、磷、钾的吸收量,促进营养吸收,改善花生品质,提高果仁中的蛋白质含量,降低脂肪含量。
本发明有益效果:针对性强,配比合理,养分齐全,工艺简单,可以规模生产也可家庭生产,增产增收效果十分明显。
具体实施方式

根据本批生产量的大小,将按重量百分比计的:氮14%、磷10%、钾12%、硫酸钙9%、硫酸锌1.7%、硼砂0.8%、硫酸亚铁0.3%、钼酸铵0.02%、余量为填充剂的原料粉碎为30~40目,通过混料机混合均匀,造粒、烘干、称量、包装、入库,即获得花生专用肥成品。

1.一种花生专用肥,其特征在于:所述的花生专用肥由以下按重量百分比计的成分组成:
氮12~14%、磷8~10%、钾10~12%、硫酸钙7~9%、硫酸锌1.0~1.7%、硼砂0.5~0.8%、硫酸亚铁0.1~0.3%、钼酸铵0.01~0.02%、余量为填充剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花生专用肥,其特征在于:所述的填充剂为沸石。
