Abstract
The invention provides a fan assembly which comprises a fan and a protective hood containing the fan. The protective hood comprises a first part and a second part connected with the first part in a rotatable mode. The first part and the second part are injection-molded at one time, and creases are press-molded at a connection joint of the first part and the second part. The first part is enabled to rotate relative to the second part along the creases, and the first part and the second part are respectively provided with at least one shockproof element. The shockproof elements separate the first part and the second part from the fan and can absorb at least a part of vibration generated from the fan. The protective hood of the fan assembly is a plastic piece molded at one time, and facilitates simplification of assembling process.
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to a kind of fan component, relate in particular to a kind of fan component with fan guard.
Background technique
Fan is a kind of auxiliary radiating device that is commonly used on the electronic component (such as the central processing unit (CPU) in the computer).Because flabellum rotates speed during starting fan, and is easily injured when the operator touches flabellum accidentally, and the vibrations that cause of the fan that runs up can affect the service behaviour of some peripheral devices (such as hard disk). For guaranteeing user's handling safety, be transferred to the vibrations of other peripheral device when reducing fan running, a common sheathed safety cover outside fan, and at safety cover shock prevention element is set.So, traditional safety cover generally is the two-piece type setting that needs by the screw locking, is unfavorable for reducing human cost.
Summary of the invention
In view of this, be necessary to provide a kind of fan component, can overcome the above problems.
The invention provides a kind of fan component, comprise that a fan and holds the safety cover of this fan. This safety cover comprises that a first portion and is rotationally connected with the second portion of first portion, and this first portion and second portion are by single injection-molded, and the joint is suppressed with folding line, and first portion can be rotated with respect to second portion along this folding line.At least one shock prevention element all is set on first portion and the second portion, and this shock prevention element is with this first portion and second portion and this fan is kept apart and can absorb the vibrations that this fan of at least a portion produces.
The safety cover of fan component of the present invention is the once-through plastic that utilizes Shooting Technique to obtain, and is conducive to simplify assembly process.

Following embodiment further specifies the present invention in connection with above-mentioned accompanying drawing.
Embodiment
Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrate fan component 1 of the present invention, and it comprises that a fan 10 and is contained in wherein safety cover 20 with fan 10.This safety cover 20 comprises a first portion 21 and a second portion 22 that is attached thereto. In the present embodiment, this safety cover 20 is the plastic part of single injection-molded, and at the joint of first portion 21 and second portion 22 compacting folding line 23, first portion 21 can be rotated along this folding line 23 with respect to second portion 22.
At least one shock prevention element 25 all is set on first portion 21 and the second portion 22.When safety cover 20 closure, the vibrations that this at least one shock prevention element 25 produces in the time of can contacting and absorb fan 10 running with fan 10.In the present embodiment, first portion 21 and second portion 22 are respectively equipped with four groove (not shown), and the shock prevention element 25 of respective numbers can correspondingly be embedded in those grooves fixing. Therefore, first portion 21 and second portion 22 can utilize those shock prevention element 25 and fan 10 to keep apart, and at least part of vibrations that produce during by fan 10 running are absorbed by those shock prevention element 25.Those shock prevention element 25 are resilient pad, can be made by the stronger material of damping capaicty (such as rubber etc.).Understandable, when needed, this shock prevention element 25 also can adopt the modes such as glue is bonding to be individually fixed on this first portion 21 and the second portion 22.
Those skilled in the art will be appreciated that; above mode of execution only is that the present invention is described; and be not to be used as limitation of the invention; as long as within connotation scope of the present invention, appropriate change and variation that above embodiment is done all drop within the scope of protection of present invention.
