Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨水泥搅拌器中的装置,其中骨水泥搅拌器包括至少一个用于混合粉末组分和液体组分的混合空间,粉末组分和液体组分优选分别为聚合体和单体,以制成骨水泥,其中粉末组分置于混合空间内而液体组分置于液体容器内,其中液体组分被从液体容器中吸出后到达混合空间,并且粉末组分通过在所述混合空间内产生的真空而置于其中。
背景技术
在US5549380中描述了一种具有用于单体的柔性液体容器的骨水泥搅拌器。柔性单体容器包括为其提供柔韧性的柔性壁材料,和金属层,优选为铝层,以阻止单体渗透柔性壁材料。因此,单体容器的壁包括多层,这意味着容器制造起来非常昂贵。而且难以将单体填充入柔性单体容器并密封和打开该容器。此外,柔性单体容器难以储存、运输和搬运,并且它们还对冲击和碰撞敏感。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是消除所述缺陷,这通过主要包括下面权利要求1所述特征的装置来实现。
由于液体容器是具有所述特征的管或袋,因此可得到结实的容器,其容易制造从而也较廉价并易于填充、密封和打开。
在US5370221A中,描述了一种金属制真空容器,其置于另一个用于容纳液体和粉末的柔性容器内。该真空容器是刚性的。因此,真空容器不可被压缩且不包含任何可借助真空被吸出的液体。该容器还缺少本发明中的连接元件。
US5551778A中特别描述了一种金属箔制液体容器。该液体容器设置在混合容器内并由混合容器内的混合装置施加在其上的过压力使其破裂。由于液体容器置于混合容器内,该液体容器没有用于连接到混合容器上的连接元件。压缩并非借助真空进行。混合容器也缺乏用于连接到液体容器的相应连接元件。

具体实施方式
附图描述了容纳有粉末组分2,优选为聚合体的骨水泥搅拌器1。还描述了容纳有液体组分4,优选为单体的液体容器3。
选作例子的骨水泥搅拌器1是与美国专利说明书5549380中提到的类似的类型。因此,骨水泥搅拌器1具有混合空间5,其中容纳有粉末组分2。所述骨水泥搅拌器1还包括混合装置6,其可以手动操作以便混合位于混合空间5内的粉末和液体组分2、4从而制造骨水泥7。骨水泥搅拌器1还包括活塞形式的输送装置8,其可以已知方式被锚固于骨水泥搅拌器上,以便在混合粉末和液体组分2、4的过程中被置于适当的位置。输送活塞8也可以已知方式从骨水泥搅拌器1上松开以允许它被输送工具P压入混合空间5以便从混合空间5中输送混合好的骨水泥7。

6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋的连接元件(16)和骨水泥搅拌器(1)上的相应连接元件(17)一起形成卡扣连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:骨水泥搅拌器(1)的连接元件(17)具有沿径向指向内侧的凸缘(28),该凸缘(28)可被牢固地卡入位于管(15)或袋的相应连接元件(16)上沿径向指向外侧的凸缘(29)之间的凹槽(30)中。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋的连接元件(16)和骨水泥搅拌器(1)的相应连接元件(17)一起形成插销连接。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋设计成当骨水泥搅拌器(1)中产生的真空在容纳液体组分(4)的管或袋的空间(18)中不断增加时可被压扁。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋可以连接到具有至少一个用于混合粉末和液体组分(2、4)的混合装置(6)的骨水泥搅拌器(1)。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋可以连接到具有装置(11)的骨水泥搅拌器(1),该装置(11)用于连接到适于在骨水泥搅拌器的混合空间(5)中产生真空的真空源(9)。
12.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于:真空源(9)适于在混合粉末和液体组分(2、4)的过程中在混合空间(5)中产生真空,并在混合好的骨水泥在混合空间(5)的输送部分(10)内累积过程中保持该真空,累积的骨水泥从输送部分(10)被输送。
13.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋可以连接到具有至少一个过滤器(12)的骨水泥搅拌器(1),该过滤器(12)用于阻止粉末和液体组分(2、4)和/或骨水泥被真空源(9)吸出混合空间(5)。
14.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:输送装置(8)可从骨水泥搅拌器(1)上松开,并适于从混合空间(5)内输送混合好的骨水泥。
15.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:输送装置(8)可被松开并由混合空间(5)中的真空吸入混合空间(5),并适于在混合空间(5)的输送部分(10)中累积混合好的骨水泥。
16.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:输送装置(8)上的连接元件(17)沿输送装置的运动方向被定向,从而使管(15)或袋的连接元件(16)可连接到输送装置(8)上与混合空间(5)相对的一侧上。
17.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:混合空间(5)是细长的,且骨水泥搅拌器(1)的连接元件(17)相对于混合空间(5)的纵轴沿径向布置。
18.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于:管(15)或袋的连接元件(16)为圆柱形并具有外螺纹(19),这样它能牢固地拧到骨水泥搅拌器(1)的相应的为圆柱形的连接元件(17)上的内螺纹(20)上。
19.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:粉末和液体组分(2,4)分别为聚合体和单体。
