The fixing device is arranged according to the axle structure, the axles are locked and released synchronously, the hooks can be driven to be fixed and driven to rotate, and operation is safe, reliable and stable; a gas circuit system is simple in structure, quick to assemble and reliable in operation performance; and the vehicle can run more safely and stably by means of a mechanical locking manner. An axle fixing device of a highway and railway dual-purpose semi-trailer, the highway and railway dual-purpose semi-trailer being of a single-axle or multi-axle structure, each axle structure comprising an independent axle, a frame and an air suspension for connecting and lifting the axle and the frame, and characterized in that:each independent axle is fixedly provided with a hanging plate perpendicular to the axle, and a hanging pin parallel to an axial direction of the axle is arranged at an upper end part of the hanging plate;and corresponding to the positions of the hanging plate and the hanging pin of each axle, a hook seat plate is fixedly arranged on a bottom surface of the corresponding frame, a rotatable hook is arranged on the hook seat plate, and the hook is locked and fixed with the hanging pin after the axle is lifted.

The axle fixing device of the highway and railway dual-purpose semi-trailer according to claim1, characterized in that: each hook is driven by a cylinder to rotate to be locked and fixed with the corresponding hanging pin after the corresponding axle is lifted, and the cylinder is matched with an air bag of the corresponding air suspension for connecting and lifting the axle.
