Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a double-output-shaft integrated structure of noodle maker.
Background of the Invention A noodle maker of a double-output-shaft split structure has two output shafts each being protected by a big box and a small box. However, the small box is fixed by screws, the noodle maker has, when running, heavy noise due to the shaking of the small box, and gears mounted in the small box are worn out quickly due to the shaking of the small box.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a double-output-shaft noodle maker which may reduce the noise during running and improve the service life.
To realize this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a double-output-shaft integrated structure of a noodle maker is provided, including a first output shaft and a second output shaft, characterized in that the first output shaft and the second output shaft are connected and driven by a bevel gear, and the first and second output shafts are both oppositely fixed in a box; and the box is provided with a first output shaft extending port and a second output shaft extending port, the first output shaft extends to outside of the box from the first output shaft extending port, and the second output shaft extends to outside of the box from the second output shaft extending port.
Preferably, an included angle of 90 degrees is formed between the first 1 2016101654 16 Sep 2016 output shaft and the second output shaft.
The present invention has the advantages of low noise during running, long service life, etc. Moreover, the present invention has small volume, high assembly precision and low manufacturing cost.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention provides a double-output-shaft integrated structure of a noodle maker, including a first output shaft 1 and a second output shaft 2. The first output shaft 1 and the second output shaft 2 are connected and driven by a bevel gear, and both oppositely fixed in a box 3; and the box 3 is provided with a first output shaft extending port 31 and a second output shaft extending port, the first output shaft 1 extends to outside of the box 3 from the first output shaft extending port 31, and the second output shaft 2 extends to outside of the box 3 from the second output shaft extending port. An included angle of 90 degrees is formed between the first output shaft 1 and the second output shaft 2. A bulge 32 is die-cast on the box 3 at a position where the second output shaft extending port is located, the box 3 is communicated with the bulge 32, and the second output shaft 2 passes through the bulge 32 and extends to outside of the box. One end, extending to outside of the box, of the second output shaft 2 is fixed relatively to the bulge 32 through a bearing 4. 2

    1. A double-output-shaft integrated structure of a noodle maker, comprising a first output shaft and a second output shaft, characterized in that the first output shaft and the second output shaft are connected and driven by a bevel gear, and the first and second output shafts are both oppositely fixed in a box; and the box is provided with a first output shaft extending port and a second output shaft extending port, the first output shaft extends to outside of the box from the first output shaft extending port, and the second output shaft extends to outside of the box from the second output shaft extending port.
  2. 2. The double-output-shaft integrated structure of a noodle maker according to claim 1, characterized in that an included angle of 90 degrees is formed between the first output shaft and the second output shaft.
