GAME

* Random fog does not happen on Day 0
* A warning message is shown if no fuel is in the car when you enter it
* When stamina hits 0 (or near to 0) you stop sprinting as too tired
* Improved the bridge POI (grid D4), and added loot and Bandit
* Built out the world map to complete grid (as shown in user guide at https://pandemicgame.co.uk/guide).

GAME - SETTINGS/FEATURES

* Changed default day speed (slower) and night speed (faster) - can be changed via Tab -> W
* Changed default HUD to include stats - can be switched off via Tab -> W
