COMMENTS
The k-th ionization energy of an element X is the enthalpy change of X^((k-1)+) (g) -> X^(k+) (g) + e-.
Although many terms are known, T(30,22) is currently unknown, so the table stops at T(30,21) = 179100 for the time being.
Each row is strictly increasing. Moreover, it seems that there are big gaps between T(n,n-t-1) and T(n,n-t) for t = 2, 8, 18, ...
