Suppose p is a prime >= 5. Then
a(p) = 2p-1 if p is in A005382, otherwise 2p.
a(p^2) = 2p if p is in A005382, otherwise 3p.
a(p^3) = 3p if p is in A005382, 4p-1 if p is in A062737, otherwise 4p.
