EXAMPLE
For n=1 the minimum primes p and q are 5 and 3: (p-1)/(q+1) = (5-1)/(3+1) = 4/4 = 1. Therefore a(1)=3.
For n=2 the minimum primes p and q are 7 and 2: (p-1)/(q+1) = (7-1)/(2+1) = 6/3 = 2. Therefore a(2)=2.
