City forensic investigators yesterday identified the remains of another World Trade Center attack victim.
Ernest James, 40, who worked for insurance brokerage Marsh & McLennan, was identified through advanced DNA testing. He brings the total number of victims identified to 1,629.
The city medical examiner’s scientists dedicated to matching Ground Zero remains made the ID.
