GLENDALE, Calif. — Decoying drivers at crosswalks with a cop in a bunny costume and then ticketing them is a rotten idea, a hopping-mad pol told police.
An officer wore the Easter outfit on Wednesday in crosswalks. Drivers who didn’t yield to the furry pedestrian were ticketed. Councilman John Drayman called it “breathtakingly dangerous.”
A cop continued the sting — but in shorts and a T-shirt.
