ENTOURAGE, Sunday, 10:30 p.m., HBO

Guy problems – Vince (Adrian Grenier) and brother Drama (Kevin Dillon) decide to up the ante during a charity golf tournament that sees them teamed up with Mark Wahlberg — a series executive producer in real life — and football star Tom Brady. Meanwhile, Eric (Kevin Connolly), fresh from dealing with an awkward situation with his gal Sloan (Emmanuelle Chriqui), gets an unexpected job offer and Ari (Jeremy Piven) finds himself in the doghouse with his wife when he refuses to break “the guy code.” Jeffrey Tambor guest stars.

DRAMA

DEFYING GRAVITY, Thursday, 10 p.m., ABC – Season Premiere

Invading personal space – The Antares crew — four guys and four girls, naturally — gets hot and bothered when personal and professional relationship lines get crossed both in space and on Earth. Meanwhile, the mysterious controlling power behind the mission starts to induce cellular and psychological changes amongst the astronauts. Ron Livingston stars as flight engineer Maddux Donner.

THE PHILANTHROPIST, Wednesday, 10 p.m., NBC

Brothers up in arms – Philantropist Teddy Rist (James Purefoy) and partner Philip Maidstone (Jesse L. Martin) land on the impoverished Caribbean nation of Haiti, hoping to solve an immense food shortage. Things get tricky when Haitian-born Philip — he left as a teen — encounters opposition from a powerful senator who happens to be his estranged brother. While Philip wants to help Haiti, his brother wants the island nation to pull itself up by its own bootstraps. Any common ground the pair might have is mucked up by years of mutual resentment and mistrust.

NATURE

MAN VS. WILD, Wednesday, 9 p.m., Discovery – Season Premiere

Ice ‘Man’ cometh – Host and survival expert Bear Grylls — recently appoint Chief Scout of the UK — doesn’t mind frosty conditions. To prove it, he travels to the Arctic Circle in the fourth season premiere, tackling a frozen waterfall and hunting for wild reindeer, all while dealing with some of the coldest, iciest conditions on the planet.

FOOD

DINNER IMPOSSIBLE, Wednesday, 10 p.m., Food Network

‘Dinner’ on wheels – Chef Robert Irvine returns for another season of off-the-cuff cooking. This time, he travels to Wildwood, NJ to prep a meal for a posse of 250 Roller Derby ladies and their families. His “impossible” mission? Create a meal that the Roller Derby players can eat with their hands. The catch? No finger food allowed on the menu.

DOCUMENTARY

ACID TEST, Wednesday, 10:30 p.m., Planet Green – Season Finale

Bad ‘Acid’ alert, As part of the month-long, ocean-centric Blue August programming, Planet Green is presenting the premiere of “Acid Test: The Global Challenge of Ocean Acidification,” narrated by Sigourney Weaver. The documentary looks at the phenomenon of ocean acidification — the decrease in the pH of the Earth’s oceans due to carbon dioxide pollution, conditions which haven’t existed since dinosaurs went extinct — which will lead to survival issues for thousands of marine species and offers ways that people can help ensure the oceans’ health.

TRAVEL

ANTHONY BOURDAIN: NO RESERVATIONS, Monday, 10 p.m., Travel – Season Premiere

Tony takes on San Francisco – Celebrity chef (and bad boy) Anthony Bourdain takes a break from international shoots by doing an all-San Francisco episode. This week, he visits the Bay City’s many districts, stopping in famed Chinatown to sample various Chinese restaurant fare, before heading to Fisherman’s Wharf to check out the farmer’s market. Bourdain also hits Red’s Java House for cheeseburgers, spicy chili cheese fries and cold beer.

GAME SHOW

WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE, Sunday, 8 p.m., ABC

Money makers – To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the hit game show, Regis Philbin is hosting two weeks of episodes, kicking off Sunday night. In addition to the return of favorite elements like “Fastest Finger,” “Ask the Audience,” “Phone a Friend” and “Double Dip,” the anniversary season also sees the return of past contestants who won big. One new addition to the series is a new culmination point: Every episode features a celebrity deciding on his or her final answer for one question worth $50,000, with winnings going to their charity of choice.

REALITY

RANDY JACKSON PRESENTS: AMERICA’S BEST DANCE CREW, Sunday, 9 p.m., MTV

Smooth moves – The hot hip-hop dance competition kicks off with nine new dance crews showcasing their slick skills as they battle it out be “America’s Best Dance Crew.” This season, two hometown crews are competing: Rhythm City, hailing from the “birthplace of hip-hop” (a k a the Bronx), and Manhattan’s Vogue Evolution, the first openly gay crew that’s ever competed on the show. Mario Lopez hosts, while JC Chasez, Lil Mama and Shane Sparks judge.
