‘STAR WARS’ PLAY A TOUR DE ‘FORCE’

Ever wonder if Imperial Stormtroopers can form a chorus line? You’re about to get your answer.

“Star Wars: A Musical Journey” is about to soar onto the stage in London.

In addition to Darth Vader’s minions kicking up their heels, the production, which got the blessing of the sci-fi franchise’s creator, George Lucas, will also feature singing Wookies, according to the Web site eonline.com.

The musical extravaganza, which is set to debut on April 10 at the O2 Arena, is expected to feature John Williams’ iconic score and live narration over clips from all six of the “Star Wars” films.

One of the film series’ stars has been approached to be a narrator, according to British newspaper London Lite.

But those hoping to see the alien band from the first movie’s famous cantina scene will have to make due with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra instead.

A European tour is expected to follow.
