FIXES KISSERS IN ARTSY DIGS

She’s a plastic surgeon to the rich and famous, but her opulent Fifth Avenue office can turn even the elite green with envy.

Dr. Paula Moynahan has what some designers call the most stylish medical suite anywhere in town.

It’s a former, sprawling maisonette looking squarely at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Marble fireplaces abound, ceilings reach high overhead and an oak paneled waiting room rivals the famous one at the Plaza.

It’s looks more like a stately co-op than a medical oasis where high-profile clients go discreetly for improved looks – using private entrances to make their way in and out.

Moynahan made sure that even the museum’s art and beauty carry across the avenue through her floor-to-ceiling windows. She’s tastefully adorned the posh setting with sculpture, paintings, figures and artworks depicting beauty and the human form.

The elegant setting has a specific purpose in medicine, she noted: “People feel reassured and comfortable around beauty.”

It’s taken nearly 20 years and piles of money to develop the former private apartment – in the co-op building constructed by Jacqueline Onassis’ grandfather.

She is not only envied for her office but also for her naturally youthful skin, which belies her true age. She says it comes from the genes of her two grandmothers – one Italian, the other Irish

“On some days, though,” she said. “The Botox is tempting.”
