WRITE MOVE FOR BOMB-THREAT JET

A jumbo jet heading from London to Orlando, Fla., made an emergency landing in Iceland yesterday following a bomb threat.

A flight attendant on Virgin Atlantic Flight 27 found anti-American slurs and a bomb threat written in soap on a bathroom mirror, airline spokeswoman Wendy Buck said.

“All Americans must die,” was one of hate messages, authorities said.

Buck said passengers remained calm when the pilot informed them, “Someone had done something silly.”

The flight – a Boeing 747 carrying 322 passengers and 18 crew members -was diverted to Keflavik Airport, near Reykjavik.

Passengers will continue on to Orlando today.
