They have basically abandoned traditional, well-designed and time-after-time tested project management tools and techniques in favor of distorted methods based on ancestral and personal beliefs that challenge any existent fraud index to their core and by doing so they have continuously invited and found contractual claim disputes on every corner of their business lives.
