Morgan's Mini Mecha
A short turn-based strategy game with tiny mech warriors. For one or two players. Includes online multiplayer, dual-controller, and pass & play modes.
The goal is to capture the opponent's Captain without being caught in its flamethrower attack.
Fly stealth Bombers, drive chicken-legged Stalkers, unleash a missile barrage from a Reaper, ram enemy units with the Grinder, and shock with the tiny Probe. Captured enemy units can be dropped into battle from twin choppers anywhere on the map. Most units can upgrade to a super version when they reach the opposite edge.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Capture the opponent's Captain to win
- Captured pieces become reserves that you can drop anywhere on the map. However, if the piece was upgraded you only get the base version.
- On Tutorial #2, you start with a Probe in the reserves in the upper left. Drop it to trap the Captain
- Except for Tutorial maps, you can choose which player moves first
- The "Ultimate" map is the best one when you've completed the tutorial
- Reapers, Bombers, Probes, and Stalkers can upgrade when they make a regular move into or out of the opposite edge of the board
- Grinders and Captains do not upgrade
- The rules have no randomness and are identical for both sides. However, some maps have asymmetric starting positions.
- On single player maps, the AI player uses randomness to choose its move so that the game does not play out the same each time.
