Hi there, and welcome!

Here’s a quick rundown of the basics that you can expect when submitting a draft to this publication.

Anyone who wishes to submit an article may do so,

Keeping in mind that we may not select to publish every work we receive. Neither are we required to agree with or support everyone’s views on God, Jesus, or spirituality.

For a starting baseline — we believe in the tenets put forth in the Apostle’s Creed & the Nicene Creed.

If you do too — you may be a writer that creates work we are looking to publish!

Here, we hope to offer encouragement to others that maybe there’s a God who Loves them, and actually likes them too. That God wants what is best for not just some of His kids, but all of them. And that no one is disqualified from the grace of Jesus, unless they don’t want it in the first place.

The aim of this publication is to extend an invitation, and to come together in the spirit of unity that everyone is valuable. Each person matters, and there is a God who loves you, me, them, and us.

*Submission guidelines:

Please keep language appropriate for all ages.

Words used here should be kind, uplifting, truthful (Seasoned with salt, if you will. )

We will not accept postings with vulgar imagery, curse words, advertisements, affiliate links, marketing, self-promotion, or erotica. Just keep it to yoself… kay? Thanks.

We will not publish articles with more than 2–3 links to others articles in Medium. please keep in mind that our main focus is to know God and to make HIM known.

We will not publish posts to this particular page that portray God as someone other than who we believe He describes Himself to be in the Bible. We don’t believe that would be helpful or conducive to clarity about the God we put our trust in.

If you’re not sure about how this publication is meant to be engaged, keep in mind that we desire to foster connection and imagination. We are not afraid of metaphor, allegory, or simile.

If you’re looking for work that we find inspiring in order to get a better grasp on our vibe, perhaps think writing similar to “Chicken Soup for the Soul,” “Jesus Calling,” or “The Way of the Wolf,” “The Shack,” and anything at all by C.S. Lewis.

Genres we may accept:

  • Poetry
  • Narratives
  • Spiritual mindfulness practices
  • True Life Personal Stories
  • Scriptural Reflections
  • Imaginative Allegory
  • Original lyrics
  • Personal Prose
  • Historically/ Scientifically Based Theological content
  • Anything else relating to how God relates to and interacts with His kids!

There you have it, friends.

Welcome. We hope you stay long enough to discover something worthwhile here.

If you’re interested in writing for this journal,

Please follow this page & comment below saying “I’d love to write about this!” and please include your medium username @___________________.

We accept drafts, so please share them with us under this particular publication. We look forward to reading your wonderful work. Be sure to tag us in your stories and feel free to repost the link to these guidelines at the bottom of your story so that other people can feel inspired to write with us as well.

Expect some reasonable delay in communication, as we all have very full lives, and while this is important, it is not the be all — end all. Thank you!

Happy creating!
