Remember when you wrote your first short story in elementary school? There are no rules when it comes to writing about life, fantasy, or fiction.

Sure, twenty-year-olds have time and sixty-year-olds have wisdom. But everyone has experiences regardless of age.

Sure, we have the internet where you can publish your writing. But you don’t have to publish your writing to be a writer.

As far as I’m concerned, a writer writes. Whether that’s a published novel or unpublished pieces of works on a Word document. All it takes is an idea, or several, and the desire to share it. Or not share it.

But yes, consistency is key.
