“There is a price tag for anything you want to achieve in life. Importantly, everything has a List Price (what it costs on the surface) and a Real Price (what you have to give up to get it). ” (sahilbloom.com)

When we want to do or achieve something, we do a cost-benefit analysis. We look at the obvious costs and ignore the hidden costs.

The hidden costs involve a lot of sacrifices like losing money, forgoing comfort and pleasure, and backbreaking hard work.

Many young people want to be become successful entrepreneurs. They look at the list price—problems about raising capital, innovation, and marketing.

They miss the real price—sleepless nights, sacrificing personal relationships, financial troubles, and the ever-present danger of business failure.

Success depends on the ability and willingness to bear both the costs.
