It’s easy to feel like we’re stuck.

Stuck in a rut, stuck in a situation, stuck in a relationship, stuck being single. Just stuck.

When we’re in the trenches of day-to-day life and the walls are closing in, it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It feels like we’re stuck with whatever hand we were dealt. It seems like there’s no way out. Like there’s no other option. Like we’ll be alone forever, or like we’ll always be a failure.

But even if you feel like you’re stuck, like you lost the one and only chance you had — it’s not true. There’s always another option. Always an exit ramp. Always another choice.

Here’s how to find more happiness in your life.

Remember there’s always someone else to love

Think about your dating life. You have probably fallen in love a few times. I’ll bet each time, you thought you couldn’t live without the other person and you couldn’t imagine your life without them.

You might have married them and are still together. But maybe not.

And if not, here you are, living your life without them. And you’re doing just fine…
