How to Be Successful While Working From Home — According to Me, Your Cat

I’m the master of staying home all day, every day. Here’s my advice to get the most out of remote work during the Coronavirus outbreak, or any other time you’re stuck at home during a similar doomsday scenario.

Outline a Schedule for the Day

Many hours of unplanned time throughout the day can feel daunting, so it’s of utmost importance that you create a structure and stick with it.

I’ve found that for me, scheduling in a few work periods between my five morning naps is critical. This allows me to be active for at least six and a half minutes before noon, maximizing my productivity and keeping me on task.

Stay Hydrated

Drink lots of water throughout the day to minimize headaches and fatigue. You can find sources of hydration anywhere you like! A cup on the nightstand, the toilet, a puddle on the floor, a weird old cereal bowl your human left on the counter, dirty dishes in the sink, an ice cube melting under the fridge, etc. The possibilities are endless.

Change Into “Daytime” Clothing After Waking Up

I’m a cat, so I don’t really understand the point of clothing. But I read this advice in a HuffPost article, so…
