Lost Path Games

Wow, nearly a year since my last update. I have been working on a couple side projects, but the last few months have been booked. Moved half-way across the country, started a new jbo, etc, etc. To hold you over enjoy this little piece of digital art: Moving Mozaic

So real-life has significantly hampered any progression this year. I wish I could spend more time on these projects, but resources are limited and this doesn't pay the bills.
I've decided to keep my current game free and that I will be building a simple RPG Maker game to post on this site for people to enjoy. Along those lines, even the little I do isn't free; I have to pay for the hosting, domain, Apple Developer membership and even just my time. While I do this as a passion and to continue my life-long love of learning, I will however be posting a "Support" page under information soon -- I will accept bitcoin and etherium as they are easily used world-wide and most of my app users seem to be located oversees. As soon as I have enough saved up to replace my aging mac laptop (7 years old), developing for the iPhone should get easier again. Stay tuned for updates (more regularly is the goal)!

Two updates. 1 - Slider is again free. 2 - Life happens. Next game has barely been started, hopefully I will be able to get back to it in the near future, but other priorities have come up. This is a project of passion so naturally it takes a back seat to nearly everything else.

Started work on the next IOS game. This one will be a top-down shooter in the spirit of "1942" -- standby for future updates.

Price change to $0.99 is supposed to kick in on Monday, 26 December; however I just double checked in Itunes Connect and it may have taken incorrectly--tonight may be the last night Slider is free. Get it for free while you can! Enjoy!

Slider has been submitted to Apple for review! Had to go with "Slider - Challenge" for the final name as "Slider" is apparently already taken (couldn't find it in the app store though). Stand by for the final release announcement!

Late night tonight working to get the leaderboard working -- I have the 95% solution. Just trying to make sure scores are actually posting. Expect submission to Apple this weekend with a FREE limited-time lauch window. Once the limited-time promo is up, the game will still only cost $0.99!

After talking with some beta testers I have come to the conclusion that a leader board is a necessity for this game. This may delay the release by a shor time but I'm still hoping to be releasing the final app before Christmas.

Slider is all but ready for push to the iPhone app store. Expect submission next weekend! As soon as it is approved I will update this site with links to the download. It will be free for a limited time!

Site has its own domain now! http://lostpathgames.com. Additionally, added the beginnings of the page for the game itself! Video is now embedded as well. As always with this site - HTML5 compliance is needed. Slider.

Added image of the game to the background of the title bar. Work today was focused Slider. Expect a page with details in the near future.

Created index page and moved the previous "spring" example to spring.html.
