To improve our researchers' working conditions

Linköping University work actively towards creating a stimulating work environment and good conditions for our researchers. In line with that, LiU is currently in the process of applying for the EU's HR Excellence in Research Award.

CoARA - for a more sustainable and fair research environment

Research assessment today relies heavily on publication-based measures such as the impact factor of journals and the number of citations. CoARA complements this approach by recognising a broader set of contributions made by researchers.

Open Science

Open Science involves working to make different parts of the scientific process and its results available. Open science is expected to be important in ensuring that society benefits from the scientific knowledge developed.
