Assuming Andy Seaborne has persuaded you that
"value"@en^^rdf:XMLLiteral is outside the Turtle grammar in
<http://www.w3.org/mid/514EE086.6000704@epimorphics.com>, I've
included test-35 as a negative syntax test. test-38 is addressed in
<http://www.w3.org/mid/20130324145153.GN14139@w3.org>, "surrogates is
literals". I've incorporated the others with the names shown in the
right column above.

If you are satisfied with the resolution of donation of tests 33, 35,
36. 37, please reply with [RESOLVED] in the subject.
