What software do you use to make these beautiful tracks?

I am in need for more types of elemental sounds like Holy and Lightning, how long would it be till they are here?

Now I'm working on Earth and Lightning attacks, possibly I can have the Lightning one by the end of this week (:

Holy Attacks I haven't considered doing but I may think about doing one of “Neutral Magic Attacks” after I finish the ones I already have lined up
