Monue

You have fallen in between the cracks in the world. You find yourself in Monue, a void-like space covered in haze and pierced by peal-colored pillars. Luckily for you, the space's inhabitants have taken pity on you and They now seek to help you return from whence you came. They are your only hope of escape. Find the gates and find your way out!

Controls:

• Left controller stick to move.
• Right controller stick to rotate.
• Climb by holding down the controller grips.
• Inhabit a body by looking at it and pulling the right trigger.
• Ascend while in large bodies with Y (secondary button on left controller).
• Descend while in large bodies with X (primary button on left controller).
  
• Return to your body by pulling the right trigger.

This game was first made for the 72-hour VR Jan Jam 2022.

This game's current edition is what I am roughly calling "Prototype #2". Many of the systems have been rebuilt since the Jam and some fun new mechanics have been added. Additionally, the game is up to 12 whole puzzles! Woot!

That being said, the game's visuals have been scaled back considerably in the interest of easier and more effective greyboxing. The models and the environment will be returning! Probably once I am happy through the bulk of the level designing. In other words, if you want to have a better feel for what I want the game to look like, download the Jam or Post-Jam Edition. But if you want a better feel for what I want the game to play like download the newest!
