Job Responsibilities:
- Receive the concept design and study the feasibility, convert the concept design into the detail construction drawings for tender use/ in-house production works.
- Review and consolidate all comments from Lobs for the contractor submission and approve the shop drawings & material submittals.
- Provide technical support to the Facility Services department.
- Conduct research and development for building materials, products & systems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Interior or Architectural Design.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and analytical skills required.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, 3-D modeling, Photoshop and other graphic design software. Capability/basic knowledge in BIM is advance.
- Familiar with statutory submission requirement to assist team for the simple submission arrangement and able to read the statutory submission/ approval plans. Understanding of the property development process and all aspects of development management in Hong Kong is required.
- Good knowledge in building materials, systems and construction detailing.
- Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
