Xbox Game Pass is Microsoft's subscription service that brings you AAA titles with unlimited playtime while you remain a subscriber. With new blockbusters like Redfall available from launch, this is a terrific way to get your games and offers immense value.
Redfall on cloud, PC, and Xbox series X|S is available now. This game was released yesterday and iTWire has already been exploring the fictional town of Redfall, Massachusetts. In the video below, you can see our first 15 minutes of gameplay in this open-world adventure. It's a spooky game and while the solo adventure is exciting by itself, it's also a real blast when you play with friends and adventure together.
Coming out on 4 May 2023 is Ravenlok, for cloud, console, and PC. This is an action-packed fairytale role-playing adventure.

Then, on 8 May is Weird West: Definitive Edition for Xbox series X|S, Shadowrun Trilogy for PC on 9 May, and Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 on 11 May for cloud, console and PC.
There are far more exciting titles to come, with Xbox announcing Besiege and Quantum Break will be added to Xbox Game Pass soon, as well as DLC for Grounded and Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Sage.
Here's my first attempt at Redfall; check out the first 15 minutes below.
Redfall is a thrilling open-world shooter where danger is never far. You select one of four heroes with their own unique special abilities, and then bravely aid the good folk of Redfall in establishing a resistance and strengthening their bases. Undertake salvage missions, look for other survivors, aid the wounded, defeat the evil cultists and ... stalk (or avoid) the chilling vampire menace. Depending on your playstyle and skill you can select different difficulty levels.
It's also a terrific multiplayer adventure. Your character stays with you - level up, loot weapons, gain skills - and play the same way whether on your own campaign or in someone else's. The state of the world remains with whoever is the host; so, level up, jump into your friend's adventure to take on some vampires, and assist them in their endeavours. When the game is over, you're back to your campaign, but all your character's gains remain so you never need to feel any progress is wasted.
The game also has engaging banter and interesting lore to uncover. Check out Redfall for yourself - and with Xbox Game Pass you get it, and a huge range of other epic titles, all for a simple monthly subscription.
