This is pretty fun! I can't wait to see what the future has in store for this game :)

Hello Ryhon,

No!

I have not uploaded anything I have made to any place online, and honestly after looking a bit at the other song writers' posts for this Jam I must say I am feeling a bit intimidated. Not to undersell myself, I just think you might have better luck scoping out other song writers because I have no portfolio... yet. I will surely work on putting one together for future jams, thank you for asking about it!

And, apologies for any inconveniences.

Hello,

I am a composer looking for a team. I also have experience with some sounds design and would be willing to do some work there too. I am willing to work in wide range of genres and aesthetics.

If you are interested in working with me please respond in this thread and we can work out a better way to communicate. I am looking forward to finally do a jam with a team!

Thank you for the feedback! I agree, that there can be too many buttons that need to be pressed at any given time, particularly in the level where you need to fill a canister that is over spikes. Certainly an interesting game development challenge to consider in future jams.

Thank you, and sorry for the trouble.

Thank you for the feedback! I definitely will consider a trajectory system in the future, and am already working on a fair retrieval system.

Thank you for bringing this bug to my attention. I will see what I can do.

Thank you for the feedback, I definitely need to work on some changes with the medallion and I will work on making the tiles seem less like tiles and more like a fluid background. Currently, you can enter and exit fullscreen using CTRL F, however I would certainly like to make this into something changeable manually using UI in the game (along with making the hotkeys more obvious). Regarding the footsteps of the player and enemies: Were the footsteps too loud, or too monotonous?  Either way I will look both into less repetitiveness in the footsteps but also how quieter or softer footsteps sound. Once again, thank you for the feedback. It pointed me towards issues I had not even considered yet.

I apologize for not having clear mechanics on the medallion, I don't want the player to feel lost when using it. I think your idea for how the medallion should work is interesting and something I should definitely look into. I think it would make the mechanic easier to understand and lead to some interesting puzzles.  I can't overstate how helpful your feed back has been!

Sounds good, I will definitely look into making the physics more enjoyable and user friendly.

I have gotten a lot of negative feedback on the medallion retrieval, so I will definitely look into a n improved retrieval system. I would like it if you elaborated on how the momentum transfer during teleport felt off to you so I can try to improve. Thank you for the feedback, it helps me improve as a game developer and keeps me going!

Tank you for the feedback! I definitely will work on a fair retrieval system for the medallion. As for the bit amount momentum: Do you mean the velocity of the medallion can me increased based on the player's movement, or that the player gains the momentum of the medallion when teleporting?

Thanks for the feedback! I know it may not seem like a lot but this is really helpful. I had fun making this game and so far intend on taking it further, so I will take your consideration in mind.

Would it be against the rules to take code from projects I have worked on in the past and used it in the game for the jam when it starts?
