The game has a very nice environment and feel to it. Took me a while to get to the directional shotgun shots, but overall a nice wave-style game!

Took me a while to understand the first instruction, but when I figured it out was fun! The game has a nice rhythm to it between running, attacking and buying ammo.

Nice presentation in the 2-3D graphics! Like others have said the UI seems like its placed in World and not in the Camera Space. Once I understood the objectives I liked the concept of gathering dust and exchanging for ammo. I would have liked if the Ghost were more spread throughout the world but overall great entry!

I really liked this game and found the 2d and 3d worked well together, this is the kidna game i could play for a long time :D the gameplay loop of collection ghost dust and buying resources is pretty good

My only suggestions are maybe to have the gun shoot towards the mouse pointer, sometimes it is hard to aim your character pointing in the right direction, and maybe have some indicator to where the nearest vending machine and ghosts are

I liked the art style of the game though I quickly got lost and the camera jittered fairly for me. Nevertheless good job on the submission!

It may have glitched out on me, I couldn't equip the gun in time and got killed by ghosts. Otherwise a very solid entry. Love the 3d effects, but I think the text in the upper left corner got clipped by it.

The UI for the game always goes behind buildings because of the way the engine works. It's not a hard fix but It would have taken a lot of time so we left It In while the Game Jam Voting Is happening. Ill have a look Into the shotgun Issue.

Really, REALLY pretty looking, I love the mixture of 2D & 3D, it took me a while to figure out the background was a model.

I never found any of the ghosts, but I did find an area in the top left of the map (I was taking the different alleyways looking for ghosts) where you can get out of bounds. You can get back in bounds easily, so it wasn't a problem, but might be something to look into.

That's nothing too hard to fix, I had noticed that before we published the game here however we didn't have the time to fix it. Ghosts have one spawn zone and that's In the middle

Just a heads up, they are also broken for some reason at round 5 they stick to the player which is kinda annoying.

First round I couldn't find the ghosts, but after that I saw where they spawn. Seems like you get a lot more ghost dust than you actually need for the ammo. Since they all moved together and got stuck on things it was pretty easy.

I think mixing up they're behavior and where they spawn could make things more interesting. Maybe adding upgrades or other things to spend ghost powder on.

We had some plans to have the ghost dust allow you to buy perks that can help you play better and get to a higher round and there were supposed to be multiple spawn locations but we also couldn't figure that out In time before we had to submit. In the future the game will be updated to be much more polished and less bug free.

The game was fine but, there are a few bugs like the UI rendering under buildings.

I love the creepy vibe!It was hard to locate the ghosts ( maybe it was meant to be that way). The music and sound effects are nicely done. Aside from small bugs, a really good game!!

Thanks, It's not supposed to be hard to locate the ghosts but the way we wrote the code means on the first 10 rounds they walk really slow, so If the player Is constantly moving around It would seem like they arent finding anyone. Hoping to fix this soon when we go Into full development.

The vibe is great, and I think you've done a great work with the lighting. The combination of 2D and 3D is something I really like. There was a bug with the UI where it would disappear behind buildings though but great job nonetheless.

Yeah, It seems to be the main problem I am seeing, there Is a fix for this however It would take too long.

I like the environment and the combination of 2d with 3d, but there was a bug with the UI and invisible walls in the middle of streets, but very good job

There should only be Invisible Walls on the outer skirts of the map to prevent you from going further out. I don't believe there Is anything In the Middle of the Map.

So your QA testers didn't do a very good job lol. The game is very buggy as some people have pointed out. But I really like the zombie vibe and art style. The only change I would make is picking up the ghost dust should be automatic and the shotgun ammo shouldn't get capped at 10. I was trying to pickup the dust next to the vending machine and it just kept buying ammo which wasn't actually giving me ammo (because its capped at 10). Good job regardless!

We don't have QA Testers, we are a small Indie Games Team that consists of a Group of 3. This was our first Game Jam so we didn't know how to properly Time Manage things. Capping things at 10 Is to prevent people from continuously buying ammo which would make the game a little to easy.

You listed QA testers in your credits. I see the point of capping the ammo maybe just make it so the player can't use their money if it's maxed out

I did, you are right those QA testers were us but my pals felt It was needed to add. This was our first Game Jam so we didn't really have Time management for it. Just winged it.
