How does your game fit the theme?
The flag changes the capture condition every time you capture it and it is random so it is out of the control of the devs and at the mercy of the flag. :)
Did your team create the art for this game during the 48 hour time slot?
Yes
We created all art during the game jam
Did your team create the audio for this game during the 48 hour time slot?
No
We used pre-existing audio

This was a really fun game. Each capture was it's own fun and enjoyable puzzle. Not sure how exactly this was out of control, but it was a very enjoyable game regardless of that. Had a lot of fun with this one : )
I didn't really understand this game. The gameplay seemed to be just moving to a point on the platform and sometimes clicking the flag to prevent it from moving. Maybe I was missing something.
i completely understand and thank you for your honesty. The idea was that sometimes you have to click or hover over the flag so you can collect it. While other times you need to rotate Flo's eyes away or towards the flag or else the flag disappears. :)
We need to refine this so that it is more obvious and not so easy for the player to solve accidentally.
Thanks for playing and your honest feedback. :)
Big fan of the style and the concept. Liked "Hold me" the most, thought it's really clever. Played through a couple of times though, but I still don't know what the flag is doing in "It's rude to stare". All in all, this was a great experience
definitely something for us to work on. The idea is that "you are not suppose to at her". The eyes of Flo cannot be staring at the flag or she will disappear :)
Thanks for playing. ;)
Really like this one - cool concept, great presentation, and it genuinely stumped me a couple of times! Good job!
good job!
Liked the art and the gameplay was fun! good job!
Thank you for playing :)
Cute little game. Loved the eyes ^^
Thanks :)
It was fun playing your game! it was very challenging to get the flag! If you have the motivation you should keep polishing this game. Congrats on successfully submitting a game to the jam and I hope you learned a lot of new gamedev skills. Please check out my game when you have free time :D
Thanks for playing :)
Wow. This art style blew me away for a game jam game. Reminded me of games like "Peggle" and "Insane Aquarium." Loved the presentation, and original concept! I found myself confused what the conditions for catching the flags were? I ended up just running around until I finally collected it. But cool game!
lol i guess that's another way of doing it and it means we need to think more about the design to avoid that. :) thanks for playing and for the comment
A really fun and unique puzzle game, really fun and really charming!
Thank you :)
Fun puzzle game that subtly shakes up mechanics on you until you're doing cartoonishly absurd things to finish a level. Cute graphics make it a delight to play. Well done!
I appreciate the variety of subtle mechanics that make you think about how you approach each flag. Well done!
Thanks and thank you for playing
Really really fun & clean, enjoyed this one a lot on stream. Solid polish on visuals, sounds, hints - however, it felt completely under control all throughout. Still a great fun jam game, congrats!
I was wondering if some would interpreter it as less "out of control" as we were going for. Thanks for the feedback and for playing :)
A bunch of really clever ideas (my favourites are probably with looking away and holding). Nicely done!
Thank you and thanks for playing :)
Overall look and mood is very polished and the concept is quite original interpretation. The laggy movement is a bit disappointing but otherwise your executed this very well :) great job!
Thanks. Movement suffered the "playing it for too long" syndrome where we did not notice it until post-end of submission - lol Thanks for playing
Really well done! It was fun discovering the different challenges to get the flags, and overall the graphics and audio was very well done. The only problem i could think of is that the player movement is a little bit "sticky" or slow to change directions, but it does not make the game worse , not really a problem.
thanks! That's what we were aiming for. Sorry about the controls...I forgot to use the right unity function for movement until after submission was done. Lol. Thanks for playing :)
Cool game! A bit tricky to play without a mouse on a macbook
Ah, good to know. We'll keep that in mind the future. Thanks for playing
Cute game! Gave me impossible quiz vibes :)
thanks! Didn't even think about it in that way but it makes sense. :) thanks for playing
I like the game, the movement felt heavy, and then I got the hang of it, and it felt better.
Also with the left and right flags, you can see the hitbox, don't know if that's intentional or not.
Yes, it was intentional as we wanted to give the flag more character and make it look like it was looking where the box are to help understand the hint better. ;)
Sorry about the movement. Thanks for playing!
Cool game I love the main character =D
=D Thanks!
