Our extensive options include over 400 frames that allow for fabric customization and over 100 that can be custom-finished. Our nontoxic, water-based frame finishing is carried out in California by skilled artisans. This domestically based finishing enhances our ability to meet tight turn-around deadlines. QUALITY CONTRACT GRADE SEATING When we label a furnishing as hospitality or contract grade, it indicates that the product has proven through rigorous load testing that it can hold up in a high traffic setting, and we’ve refined the piece to be aesthetically pleasing from every angle. INDOOR HIGH RESILIENCY FOAM & OUTDOOR QUICKDRYFOAM ® Our indoor cushioned furnishings are made with High Resiliency foam with superior comfort and longevity. All outdoor furniture comes with QuickDryFoam® composed of large reticulated cells that permit maximum water drainage and air circulation with built-in anti-microbial protection. UL LIGHTING All of our lighting is UL and cUL certified, which means it is safe for installation anywhere in the US and Canada without modifications (and also signifies that it has been comprehensively, rigorously, independently tested).
